I have been trying to call to arrange a viewing many times, I also sent many email and nobody answered or even did a quick replay. I have spoken to Sharon on the phone and she never booked a viewing or refer the call to anybody who could arrange a viewing for us. She also wasn't friendly at all. I am really disappointed with the services. They should be nice and give a better attention for the clients!. Thanks

Very unprofessional and shark like practices. Be cautious of paying any money to them with nothing in writing as they are a registered shark estate agent with several genuine complaints of money being stolen from innocent property searchers. *AVOID*

They play around with the offer an buyer makes and try ramp up the prices by saying the owner decided to go with someone one else's offer etc

Recently sold our house with Woodend Estates, we dealt with Satyen who was very professional and thorough & also kept us well informed. Towards the end of our sale we were sent a text to inform us that Satyen no longer worked for them, we thought a call would have been more professional to put our minds at rest & also to establish a new contact but sadly this didn't happen.
