Stow Brothers always seemed to have the best properties in the area we were looking at, which did mean that the offer process was more competitive than we'd expected - but this could just be part of buying in London. Once we found our dream place and had the offer accepted Sammie and the team at Stow were incredibly supportive, professional and helped us complete before the original stamp duty holiday end date. Sammie was a pleasure to work with, always at the other end of the phone and happy to talk us through the process and next steps - would definitely recommend!

We recently rented out our flat using Stow Brothers. Jon and Hannah were amazing and went above and beyond to get us the right tenant. They were both fantastic - Jon is amazing at sales and Hannah made sure all the contracts/invoices were dealt with quickly and professionally. Highly recommended. The mark of a good estate agent is what they do when things don't go according to plan. SB did a great job of selling our house, then months later the chain collapsed. They were fabulous at supporting us and our buyer, and we were able to repair the chain and exchange. They moved quickly, communicated well, and were generally great to deal with.

The experience with Charlotte at Avenue was a joy from start to finish (6 months) It was a tricky purchase and she remained positive, professional and very responsive throughout. Her experience and knowledge were evident and she held our hand through the whole process. All the things you hear about estate agents “unresponsive, dishonest, sharks” etc couldn’t be further from the truth. Charlotte kept in touch on a regular basis just to keep us updated and informed and was always available when you needed her. A rare find! We briefly dealt with colleague at Avenue and without exception they were all helpful, friendly and professional.

What a star Charlotte was. She kept us up to date with everything going on and steered us through a less than ordinary sale. All the other staff we spoke to when she wasn’t there were totally professional and responsive too, passing messages on when necessary. We cannot rate Avenue highly enough. If only all Estate Agents were like them.

Avenue Sales & Lettings are by far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. They might be a “fledgling” estate agent but they could definitely teach some of the more established estate agents a thing or two. Their fees were not the cheapest and non-negotiable but you are getting what you paid for. They took time to get to know our reasons for selling and are currently assisting us through another sale. We were selling my husband’s property and our house. The sales process was followed through and we were constantly updated. They were patient when I asked them multiple questions throughout the transaction. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so. Unlike other estate agents their level of service remains right through to completion of the transaction not just up to the point when the offer is agreed.
