Extremely professional and friendly service and also really efficient in answering all of our queries for our purchase. If you are looking to get scammed, lied to and constantly bothered by calls and emails at random times or even late night this is the company for you. Especially when you are a student, they will look for any opportunity to take your money! I have never came across a worse and unprofessional agency than this, hidden fees, rushing you to pay the deposit and their fake promises. Will do anything to get on your nerves, quick to persuade you to move in but manipulative when it comes to moving out. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS AGENCY!!! The positive reviews are fake and written by their team members, do not believe anything this agency says.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY I would list the amount of issues they gave me but it would be too long... I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIERS AND SCAMMERS.

Bad experience with the agency. Had a booking at 6:30 pm confirmed but the agent didn't show up or answered the phone. I was left hanging there without any notice for cancellation. waisted 2 hour of my time to arrive there plus commute money.

Poor workmanship when repairs carried out. Having to get them back out again to address a fire hazard issue that London Fire Brigade have raised that wasn't addressed properly. A serious issue that could see up to 6 people unable to escape a building in the event of a fire. Very unresponsive when contacted, & I constantly have to repeat the same information to them multiple times. Unacceptable service overall from both them & the Freeholder who employs them 👎🏻

They've handled six flats for my family for three years now. They handled everything from applying for planning permission, to a beautiful conversion of a dilapidated old house into six great apartments, to finding tenants and maintaining them. They are hardworking, intelligent and completely honest. Because of them we all sleep at night soundly.
