I went to H&D as a first time landlord to seek their help finding suitable tenants. Grace visited me at home to advise what rent to charge and what type of tenant I would like to have. She was knowledgeable and helpful. A number of possible tenants came to view, but the family who moved in were already known to Grace from a previous rental. This was good, because she already knew they were reliable. There will always be a measure of luck in the tenants you get, but this family was great for the 5 years they rented. There were problems about them leaving, but this was not something Grace could be held responsible for. She did try to negotiate with them. They have left now. I would recommend Grace and H&D for landlords.

Hello to everyone! Sophie and Grace showed that they know their job and did everything they could to make us understand and help with everything we needed. They gave us all the information we asked for and gave us answers on time as soon as they got them, being patient and explaining everything. We had to move in at the end of the week and they did everything possible to help us achieve that. We are very happy and very grateful to them for their efforts and help. Staff were nice in the beginning. But it turns into a horrible and unprofessional manner after we decided not to proceed the rent.

As a Director at Northwood Estate Agents i just wanted to say the review below by Ingenium is false. The person in question arrived at a property earlier than advised and then proceeded to harass the tenants son to let him enter.His actions and behaviour towards our existing tenant as well as a colleague were unacceptable and I made it very clear that we wouldn't be able to help with his search for a property as a result. I have a duty of care to my landlords to ensure we are selecting the correct tenants at all times.
