Anil and Duygu are the best. They are so professional and always answer to my queries quickly, They always make sure the land lady and tenants are happy on both sides. Property checks are done on a regular basis and everything is done always on time. I can not thank David Key enough for their service i am truly grateful.

I have been using them for 5 years now and have always received great service from them, never had any problems with rent issues, always receive my rent payments on time if not a few days early. Tenancy agreements/renewals are always straight forward without any hassle and to top it off their rates are far better than anywhere I have consulted.

They were very professional with me, I liked how Anna manage the view over the pandemic, she followed the rules properly and she was very clear in the explanation. I liked how the website is designed, they are very far in responding and I felt sure doing the first payment with them. The only thing that a bit disappointed me was the reference check because took a lot, but it’s not up to them and they tried to help me make it quicker and I really appreciated.

Brilliant from start to finish. Thanks to Josh, Jake, Helga and the team. Made the whole process of selling our house as stress-free as possible. Found us the right buyers for our house and provided excellent support to us (and to them) throughout. Our solicitors were (very!) hard work and Helga gave us great support in chasing them and keeping communications going and reassuring us all that we'd get there in the end.

Very annoying and unnecessary experience with one of their agents. One of the representatives from the beginning of our communication I could see he was only interested in pushing us into a viewing without answering any of my important questions about the property. When re-requesting the information he opted to read the message and not reply at all, I then politely followed up and again he read it with no reply. It’s a huge shame because this property was great and was a definite contender for a final home. However I found this person to be very unprofessional and has little to no understanding of how to engage with people.

Sold my house through jube at Blackstones estates in October 2020 Even though the first buyer withdraw the offer a week before exchange! (the number one nightmare scenario for anyone selling their home to move into a new one!) jube managed to find us another buyer within a week, completed our sale and move within 6 weeks and didn’t miss out on the house we offered on initially! It was the perfect ending to a difficult year! Thank you Blackstones!

I recently moved to London and this company helped me do it with ease. I messaged Costa to arrange a viewing, and still accomodated my request even if late notice. Transaction went really well; Costa is approachable and makes sure that clients are happy. He is very professional and friendly as well. I recommend this company 👍👍👍

I lived at a council estate that Amin and his team managed at Blackstones. For the year that I was there, they were super helpful with all the things that needed fixing / help in the flat. They got us brand new mattresses and frames when we mentioned that it needed an update, and always came around when things around the flat needed fixing within couple of days. They are just in general very kind and helpful. Would recommend them to any one that is looking to rent in London without any landlord drama!!

We just bought our first ever house with Hane Estate Agents. We were so impressed with the professionalism throughout. Contrary to other agents we've worked with, Hane were extremely helpful, never pressured us to do anything in a hurry (indeed advised us to take our time when we were rushing) friendly throughout, always made time for us to see the property many times and helped broker a fair deal when sorting out issues with survey etc. It's rare that a house sale occurs without stress, and we are very grateful to Hane for enabling us to buy our first home stress-free.
