As a local landlord I was very impressed how ProperKey got me the maximum rental income for my property. £££’s more than the local agent who I felt just wanted to advertise at a lower price so they can rent my property quicker. Which has bugged me for years! The ProperKey team are truthful and they didn’t false promise me anything. The fees for landlords are very competitive. After several conversations, I came to understand they are landlords in the area themselves so they treat there clients how they want to be treated. Very professional. Work out of hours and on Sunday’s if they have to, to carry out viewings. They have there own maintenance team to prepare/manage your property for a new tenancy. Would forever recommend them!

I rang about a property at least 3 times that I was very interested in buying as soon as, even thinking to put down a deposit for the property so nobody else buys it. The staff kept telling me they will ring me back and organise a viewing but they never. I even asked my girlfriend to call they said the same thing. It’s very unprofessional especially when somebody is in a hurry to buy in cash and they pay no attention to it. I do not recommend them at all, even though I have selected 1 star they don’t even deserve that. It’s been selected so I can post this message to whoever that wants to buy or wants to rent.

Excellent service from start to finish. Having noticed a number of neighbours using Charrison Davis to sell there properties & being happy with the service we decided to do the same. The valuation was accurate & the pictures were excellent, Unfortunately our first sale fell through but they wasted no time in finding a new buyer & assisted us with getting the property sold within the time frame we gave. Communications were great, regular updates via phone or email & you could always speak to someone when you needed to. Thank you everyone for all your hard work.
