I really enjoyed the experience of renting a property with Castle Residential. I worked with Magda and succeeded in securing a fantastic apartment from abroad and virtually. Her responsiveness and care to our needs and questions were exemplary. We received a video tour of the apartment in literally less than half an hour after calling the agency. Then, throughout the whole process, she and her colleagues ensured that everything goes on smoothly and peacefully. My wife and I are excited about our new home, and it happened mainly because of great attention we received and the professionalism and understanding Magda and her colleagues showed to our situation and requirements.

I've been working with Surj at Castle for a number of years now and have always found him friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He has provided support above and beyond what I would expect and works with our interests in mind to ensure we get the best outcome. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Castle Residential have been a wonderful find for me. They found me perfect tenants - not once, but twice - after having listened so carefully to what I needed. Surj in particular has been so brilliant in helping me to manage the property, providing great recommendations for repair works to be done. He has guided me in the process in my first ever experience of owning and managing a property. It’s been a great experience. I am SO grateful. I use this estate agency to sell my property in London as I am based overseas. I mainly dealt with Michael Diggins. Being overseas I expected it to be difficult to arrange everything however that was all made simple by Michael. The service I received was first class and I really waited any length of time for replies and responses from Michael. He really went the extra mile for me and certainly is the best estate agent I have used.

Doyles have managed a tenancy for me for the last 3 years and have been excellent. Tony has managed this for me and has been incredibly responsive and professional, dealing with any issues very quickly and always thinking of what is the best solution for both the tenants and myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services to others.

Over the past ten years I have a number of dealings with estate agents both buying and selling. Doyle Sales and Lettings was by far the best experience I have ever had, and in particular Micheal Doyle. He doesn't fit the common stereotype of an estate agent and was honest, and offered great advice without pressure or trying to apply any of the common tactics. His negotiation skills left us feeling very satisfied as it was all transparent and above board. Our latest move had us find a house we really liked before we even had an offer on ours. He managed to secure a period for us to get ours sold. At the time our current sales agent was getting the odd viewing, but no real leads. We decided to ask Micheal Doyle to sell ours for us, and he managed to find the perfect buyers who sound like they were very happy with their purchase. Throughout the entire process, which was long thanks to numerous delays (not down to the agent) Micheal always kept us informed of what was going on. He was always quick to respond to messages and we never felt like he was just telling us what we want to hear. I have to say it was truly a pleasure selling, and buying through Doyle. I don't plan on going anywhere for quite some time now we have just got the keys to our new house, but you can be sure there is only one agent I will be ringing in the future...

As a first home buyer I've found Doyle Sales and Lettings absolutely professional and polite. They ensured a smooth and easy transaction for the property we wanted to buy, they kept the communication between the 2 parties smooth and detailed.This is the service you really want from a sales and letting agency. I would highly recommend Michael and all the team at Doyles. From start to finish the sale of the house was handled extremely well with a professional and proactive approach. I feel that they negotiated a good price for us and most importantly a good buyer. The worst service ,very rude and some of staff are very racist I've ever seen.

I don't understand why people with life threatening illness are refused priority when it comes to being rehoused for medical reasons. Why is it that if someone who has never worked or gets pregnant at sixteen can be housed. The system needs to be chanaged. Seriously, I feel sorry for people who have life threatening conditions and for people who worked who are dealing with extreme antisocial behaviour from their neighbours and or have damp or mouldy conditions in their dwelling and can't move.

I been on quee last 5 years for get my council house but still nothing happen. Im bidding every week but nobody care about my situation😔😔

My Experience they are disrespectfully with people with Epilepsy and Learning Difficulties this new system of electronically application is difficult to fill in and you can't sign a online application form or send proof of ID online the staff are awkward stating that my online application form has not been filled in properly, they won't accept a fortnightly budget schedule utility statement and they won't accept application that has been filled in for by my support worker or by my housing officer from SYHA, The Sheffield Property Shop are making it difficult for people with learning disabilities to get on the housing register making the most vunrable people who can't cope in their present housing problems like suffering from neighbour nuisance and property refurbishment in small rooms and struggling financially to get on the housing register and making us homeless the Sheffield Property Shop should go back to a simpler paper application forms their new present system is to complicated and this is reason that so many people are homeless.

After going through extremely unpleasant agency experiences (Dexter Acton) we had completely lost confidence in professionalism of Estate Agents.
