Martin at Dexters remembered us as potential buyers on a property we were interested in and when the chain collapsed, he got straight back in touch with us. Needless to say we were delighted! We are now in the process of buying our dream home & although we haven't completed (yet!), he's been amazing so far and I have no doubt everything will go smoothly with his help. Dexters are in a class of their own! We have lived on 3 different continents and worked with a number of real estate people and agencies over the years. Some of them were pretty bad, some of them were OK, and in the case of Dexters they are at the top of their field and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. We have made a recent home purchase and In short, Dexters were simply amazing! We were sort of half looking at houses and Martin, our Dexters estate agent, quickly identified the type of home we were looking for. He worked diligently to find the right properties to show us and in a very shot amount of time we found the property for us. However, the service from Dexters had only begun. As mentioned we were only half looking for a house, so we were not as prepared as we should have been and this is where Martin and the Dexters team really stepped up. Dexters mobilized the internal team and external partners to enable us to sort out the financing, solicitors, etc. so we could get through the process as quickly and painlessly as possible. Martin was always there to help move things along and ready to get others involved when needed at critical points in the process. Annmarie, Tom (both of them), and numerous others really jumped into to help move the process along. We owe a big thank you to Martin and the Dexters team in Hampton. The experience on the home purchase was so good, we also selected Dexters as our letting agent for our other property!

Having sold our house through Dexter's, the lettings team are also helping me find a place to rent. A big thank you to Tom H who has been so helpful every week in updating me on available properties, keeping on top of my search and not only is very professional but also friendly, positive and pragmatic during what is a stressful time. I've used Dexters more than a few times now, I should be on commission, but there's a reason for that. They're thorough, professional and they work hard (they consistently call rather than rely on emailing all the time, which I like). You want service for your money, you want professional people that are going to work for you then I would recommend them hands down.. there is no other agent out there working harder. Having to find a place for my parents-in-law, I was impressed at how responsive and professional Dexters were. Not only they found a place that matched all the requirements we had, but also managed to do that in less than 1 week. Jessica Woods was the lovely lady that guided us and helped us find this amazing place. She was kind, professional and respectful, adding a human touch to what can sometimes feel like a cold business. Would recommend to anyone!
