Extremely friendly and professional service from Josh! My partner and I were looking to rent a property, and both had high expectations and little room for compromise (in other words, we were very difficult clients!!). Despite our specific and fussy requirements, Josh went above and beyond to find us suitable options. He was incredibly patient, friendly, responsive and understanding of our specifications. Could not recommend him more highly! Thank you so much for your time and effort Josh - it was hugely appreciated!

We had a great experience with Douglas & Gordon the last couple of months. In the end we found a flat with a different agency but we are very happy with the help & service we received with D&G. Josh Leaper was the agent we worked with and he was excellent. He was never pushy but always got our thoughts, followed-up appropriately, and kept us updated with upcoming properties. He seemed to have a good relationship with other landlords as well and had the information needed each time we viewed a flat (and we viewed a lot of flats!). Definitely recommend Josh and D&G.

Jacob was really accommodating and flexible with viewings, and very knowledgable about the property - anticipating questions I might have for the owner. Jacob has also been very transparent and honest, pointing out useful details I might want to look into for the survey. He has been very communicative and friendly throughout the whole process. The wider Hammersmith team, such as Ed and Ella, have also been great, communicative, and professional. Many thanks to them all for their great customer care.

Georgina was very helpful whilst I was searching for a place. She paid close attention to my requests and understood every detail of my requirements. She always remained professional and was very flexible when it came to arranging appointments. I could not recommend H&G more highly. I had been told about them by two friends who'd had good experiences with them and I can now see why for myself! They are extremely professional, know their area and their business and I felt in safe hands all the way. I was most impressed by Martin's knowledge of the property in which I lived and liked his approach to valuation. He knows the business so well that he makes sure he values to SELL! As a result I had an enormous number of viewings during the cold winter of a pandemic lockdown. Charlie worked tirelessly to secure a deal, as did Phil and then finally Louise who got the deal over the line for which many congratulations Louise! All this done with consummate professionalism and great good humour. Goodness knows I needed the latter at times. As did they! They all made what was quite a gruelling process (none of their doing) so much easier. So many thanks team! Anyone looking to buy or sell in West London need look no further!

Probate Sale I would highly recommend Horton and Garton. They were professional throughout, efficient and friendly. I dealt with Phil , Louise and lastly with Martin as the sale of the property was quite challenging at times. However, H & G kept going and were enthusiastic and committed to the end. All the agents kept me well informed and updated at all times which was a positive sign of their commitment and was very re-assuring as I live in Sussex so am not local to the property. I think the team are positive proof that an independent Estate Agent gives a far more personal service and I rate H & G services highly.

Manny from the Dexters Hammersmith office was amazing - one of the best - if not THE best experience I have had to date with an agent. She was kind, very responsive and really took her time showing me around and giving me ideas on how to make the property work for my sister and I. Promised and delivered! I have used Dexters at Hammersmith office for the first time on the sale of my property and will be coming back. They have proven to be the agent to go to. Hannah was an absolute star in this process. It was refreshing to see an agent so hard working and proactive. Erick DS promptly responded to a query I made to Portico through Rightmove. From the start, he clearly understood what I was looking for and all of the property suggestions he made were on point. The very 1st one we viewed was a winner. We had clear lines of communication and he was easily contactable. Erick managed to keep the wheels moving on the process and balanced being an effective advocate for all 3 parties: the vendor, buyer and Portico which is a hard to do as someone is usually bound to be unhappy. We have used LPZ to find tenants and manage our Flats for a number of years, initially while we lived in UK, and now abroad. Kirula, the Director of the company, is very professional and easy to work with. He has excellent knowledge of the market, and has always secured quality tenants for us. They are flexible and contactable 7 days a week and give attention to detail and follow up on all requests promptly. Happy to recommend for local and overseas landlords and sellers.

Please avoid this company, they are incredibly rude and unprofessional. The landlord speaks in such a vile manner to tennants it is actually appalling. There are plenty of other agencies available in London, stay away from this one.

The company responded to my comment here saying that I was offered several ways so I didn't lose my deposit, and that's not true! I did not want to renew the contract, much less continue to live in the apartment because it was not fulfilled what had been agreed in the room rent! I spent several days without internet, electricity and gas were missing due to their lack of payment, the weekly cleaning was not done weekly and when it was done, it was not at all well executed. They continue with part of my deposit until today ... In short, they STOLE MY DEPOSIT! I have all the evidence of everything that was written here! Beware of companies like these ....

I stayed with Love UK for around 7 months and had no issues. A few problems arose while I was there but they resolved them and I recieved my deposit back in full plus extra for moving out a week early to suit both parties. I would reccomend giving them a try

Rented a houseshare for a year and a half with Love UK and had no issues. Very friendly, non-intrusive staff. Rent was fairly high, but to be expected as everything in London is nowadays. Recommend!
