We were very thankful she was able to show us a variety of flats in one evening, as this gave us more choice and saved time going from viewing to viewing. Would definitely recommend the experience with Foxtons and particularly with Martina, with her professionalism and good knowledge of the area.

Super nice when you’re looking for a flat. As soon as you’ve signed the agreement, they show their real colours. During my time with them, they’ve failed to include a break clause in the tenancy agreement, despite agreed on from the offset. They have on several occasions displayed that they do not communicate internally. Miscalculated my deposit because they “forgot” to log that I’d paid rent. Overall, really not impressed. Unprofessional. Will not be using them again. Do not recommend.

Terrible people. Avoid like the plague if you are selling or letting as they are not trustworthy. Tried to contact the team three times about a serious issue on the phone, via email and in even in branch and was never followed up on.

I had 5 agents visit our property and the figures ranged that I couldn't be confident that I was being given an accurate valuation on two properties following the split of our house into a basement and ground/first floor flats. I called Keatons as the 6th agent and Debbie Blow visited the appointment. Her prestenation lasted 75 minutes and her valuations were consistent with what I felt both properties would achieve. Also there were no mistakes careless comments that some agents make not realising every word is listened to in evaluating the agents suitability to sell. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Keatons to sell your property they are a class act very impressed. I'm giving them 5 stars being in my opinion totally deserved on valuation.

I have recently been looking to rent a flat and have viewed a few with Percy from Keatons. I have been so impressed with the whole process from setting the viewing up, the information provided and the guidance Percy was able to give in such a hard climate. Viewings were done in a socially distanced manner with all the PPE which was great to see!

A young lady named Kezi who showed me and my partner a property in Homerton High street presented herself in a professional and friendly manner, as well as doing a great job guiding us through the process. Though this property wasn’t exactly what we was looking for, I’d most definitely be going back to kings to view more properties as their staff are very keen on working towards their clients goals!

Due to being local in the area my mother and I went into Kings Hackney branch as possibly moving house we needed to look within the London area. First class experience. I cannot fault the service that I experienced from Kings group and from Jack and the team. They were the most professional of all of the firms by far during selection. Viewings were dealt with in an efficient manner with alerts each time a viewing was booked and courtesy calls. On completion day, they even stayed with the buyer and managed a very awkward situation where the door broke and wouldn’t open for the new buyers! So they stayed there with the locksmith and managed the locksmith and the new buyers in such a professional way. Would have no hesitation in recommending them
