We used Foxtons to sell our flat. Shaun was really helpful, and took the time to explain the process with us, compared to other estate agents we had also approached when looking around initially. Throughout the sale, Shaun kept us informed and responded to our queries quickly and professionally. We were really happy with the service. It was an added bonus that Chloe and Shaun found a buyer who seemed to love the flat as much as we have.

Absolutely **** show of a customer service, only interested in taking details, constant change of stories. Until they get put on the back foot and told to be ethical and honest.

Agent is a fraud. We agreed the amount of deposit and then Agent added more deductions for themselves for their own pocket. We told our landlord about about and landlord was not told anything by Agent either. DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS

Issue in refunding my Security amount. Here I want to share my recent experience with Ellis & Co Harrow. Despite of paying agreed rent on time and having sufficient evidence that all my rent final settlement is done, this agency is finding different ways to deduct more and more from my security deposit and sending email forcing me to agree to the amount that they want to deduct. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS AGENCY WHILE RENTING WITH THEM. After being tenant in the current property for 9 months, when I called Ellis to report a gas leakage problem, they have started getting mad on me blindly and shown the real face how they support their tenants. Due to the lack of support in provide the meter readings, I have to get my smart meter installation done with the new energy supplier and the new provider is not supposed to hit any nail in the wall or put any wiring as that provision was already done by the old energy supplier. Without understanding the details, the Ellis Harrow agent literally starting shouting at me and started getting mad at me. He said that I should always keep in mind that i am just a tenant here and should take approvals for all these things. Before blaming me, he should have listen to me properly and understand the concerns and real matter. He putted all my concerns down and blindly started raising concerns on behalf of Landlord. To me, this has shown the real face of Agent and hence i am sharing my feedback here.

Unprofessional company. I call agent each month because rent is no paid on time to me. They take money and pay me as landlord when they can be bothered. I have called agent owner many times but he hides and ignores customers it looks like. I note more people write same thing. I hope this company will be investigated after our contract finish.

I had an amazing experience with Ellis and Co Harrow. I started renting with them in 2011, since then they were looking after me extremely well. When I had boiler broken they sorted everything in couple of days. When my landlord decided to sell house where I was living they found me straight away beautiful place in very similar price they helped with everything. TEAM IS SO SO SO HELPFUL. Now I changed towns I moved out of Middlesex and I didn't had any problems with receiving my FULL AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT. And amazing recommendations for my new place when I was looking for. Was told previously to viewing a property, on several accessions the property rental value was indeed 2500pcm. On that basis I was prepared to put in an offer after making time to view the property. However on the day of making my considered offer, I was told by the owner of the estate agent (Rawlinson Gold) that the property now, was actually valued at 2200pcm! That is a huge difference in rental terms.Total waste of time. As you will see many bad reviews especially with regards to owner of Rawlinson Gold Agency, extremely rude and a very obnoxious manner. Did not even apologise. I do not recommend using these agents at all. I was looking to purchase a rental property. Shame.

We marketed our property and within 1-2 weeks agreed an offer. Then global pandemic hit and our buyer lost his job. We re-marketed the property and despite stagnant market conditions in early June, Rawlinson Gold found a buyer and we completed few weeks ago. Throughout the process we have mostly communicated with Shahzad who has been extremely helpful in negotiating with all different parties and quickly and effectively dealt with all queries. The whole team are so helpful, professional and easy to contact when we had any issues. I have lived at The Hub for over 3 years now, it is amazingly located and from a convenience point of view I cannot think of a better place. The neighbours are extremely friendly and helpful. Had a viewing for a flat booked and confirmed only to show up and wait for 20 minutes with no one there. Eventually when I called the office, they told me someone had already put a deposit down on the flat and that no one would be showing up. 1) Why book and confirm the viewing in the first place? 2) Why not call me to inform me the viewing would be cancelled rather than make me travel all the way and wait around? They then had the cheek to ask if they could interest me in any other properties! No thanks Would not recommend at all
