My family refered me to Mr.Sathish, he sorts all the problems out and very reliable. They provide good range of properties and trustworthy service as well.

So to tell the horror story, my sister and friend rented a property from them, signed contract, paid and everything, the time comes to move the agent ignores their calls, then four days after they are supposed to move says there is a problem with the property, it takes more days to fix, they said ok even though they had no money and were homeless at this point, after a week of ignoring them again they said the contract was cancelled, which btw is illegal takes them three weeks to refound. Cherry in top comes after three months where they found out they are on all the bills from the property they never lived in and getting "nice" calls from bailiffs. So to sum up, they rented a prop refused to give them keys even though they had no prob taking the money, leaving them homeless and destroyed their credit. Please do not deal with them; they are not serious, insulting and unprofessional.

I had my property on the market for sale with one of the biggest estate agency brands. After four months, my property was not sold. Then my nephew introduced me to Anglowide Estates. Honestly I wasn't confident they would succeed where the big brand failed. But I was wrong. I was marvelled when, less than 3 weeks of their instruction, they got me a sale at a price of my satisfaction. I was so impressed that I signed up their recommended solicitor for my conveyancing. All went smoothly and completed within 6 weeks. 100% deal again with you guys. Thank you very much.

Sush a bad experience with them!!! People are not professional at all. We was trying to get property. From the beginning everything was kind of good. After they just dissappear for ages. And we was in the rush. Was trying to call them soo many times.. No one was talking to us.. To be honest it was the first time when we had this situation with people who suppose to be really strong in their jobs, very professional and very helpful. We received nothing from them. I do believe that we will never gonna back to them and we don't recommend this to no one!!!

Being in contract with these agents was the worst experience of my life. I should have researched better before signing up with them. I will not recommend them to anyone. I will have to agree with the people who had bad experience with them that they really are a bunch of cheaters with no professional background including their Arrogant boss. They will lie about the condition of a property and then make us chase them for repairs for weeks on and for which they then send unprofessional people to deal with. Got the deposit back but charged us fully for the repairs done which was not fair as it was not our fault at all and in return my husband received a BS treatment by the boss himself. Stay away people! Run if you’re already with them.

Poor service given by this firm and Sim. Wanted to book an appointment to see a property to rent they represent, they cancelled the viewing as they did not get enough people interested/confirming for the day. Spoke to a rep called Sim, awful attitude, said to me 'what's my problem?' My problem is, why rep a property if its too far for you to show it to a client?? Its your job to show property to clients you are putting up on renting sites. At this rate you won't get the job done for the landlord!

We are really happy with the agency services. Good price for a nice flat. From the first day of moving into the property, the agents were very easily approachable. I spoke to ‘Mus Khan ‘ today , who I found very unprofessional and rude ! She called me as I requested to view a property via email !When I answered the call was at work and I did mention that to her ! But she said it would be a quick conversation so I decided to carry on . She basically wanted few details like how many of us moving to that property , our financial status etc, which I understand is part of her profession .But I have not seen any professionalism in her ! Specially I was shocked when she questioned me by saying “if you and your husband are only moving , why you looking for two bedroom property?! “ To be honest, I still don’t get it, does it has to be one room property if a couple moving in? Or if she doubted that we will share with someone and hiding it- still she cannt say this! As I only requested for an appointment ! Also she did ask about the monthly income of both of us - I mentioned about mine but in regards to my husband’s I could not give an exact figure, ( as for him monthly salary varies) . Even though I mentioned I can give you an approximate idea of yearly combined salary ( the other agencies I spoke they always asked about yearly combined income) . Shockingly she replied “ you don’t know / you cannt tell your husband’s monthly salary !’ She at one point asked me which country I’m from! ( probably she wanted to figure out whether we are settled here or not)! But I don’t understand why that is something to ask whereas I have not seen the property yet or got an appointment yet! I still don’t understand how unprofessional people like her works in an agency ?! I won’t recommend G8 properties at all!

I have used G8 properties for my properties past 9 years as a landlord. They have built a team of good staff over the years which really helps. I came across Andreea as very professional and deal with the things quite quickly. The quarterly inspection reports are very descriptive. They have never missed any rent payments. I wish them lots of luck and wish them to stay safe during this pandemic.

Called last week about viewing of 2 bed flat they advertised on Hanley Road and told viewing booked for Saturday but no confirmation and call. Then this week again called and they promised that someone surely call ASAP.. OMG this is kinda joke? No one come back to me a.. Will never do any business with your agency.. Highly disappointed

Do not let your property with these agent. They do not have a basic standard, they do not follow tenancy or human rights act myself and my son rent a property from them we have no central heating upstairs, and damp throughout property. I am currently taking legal action against them as they refuse to carry out maintenance work until they earn enough money. I will do a further review after court proceedings to reflect there actions.

Once managed by AIG I have not had to lift a finger in dealing with tenants or the property itself. At AIG, they really do go that extra mile for their landlords. This state agency is totally rubbish I had viewed a property they promised to call back for referencing as I wanted the property. Paul promised his colleague will give me a call but never did I had chased it up and spoke to Paul again he then promised me again but no call I believe this is not professional company at all please stay away as they will have you left in the air thinking they will be calling you back. Time wasters.
