I have nothing but praise for Ellis and Co. and their senior negotiator, Alicia, who achieved the best possible price for the sale of my property. It was by no means a straight forward sale. To the contrary, it was a long and complex negotiation involving a large organisation with many sub-departments involved. This required extensive liaising and coordinating by Alicia to keep the process on course for exchange of contracts. She was quick to provide me with updates on progress and always worked for my best interest. Her sense of humour was a plus in keeping one feeling positive when I had doubts, at times, of the sale going through. I’m convinced that I could not have got the same intensive and professional service provided by Ellis and Co. had I tried to sell it through an online agency.

Murray Lee, MD of Dreamview, is an excellent Estate Agent, and was an enormous help with our recent property purchase. He belongs to the "old school": keeping clients up to date with progress checks and reports. He was courteous, professional and helpful throughout, and very understanding when it came to various delays as a result of lock down and administrative delays with our mortgage. We have used Dreamview before on a number of occasions and can highly recommend this company.

This is by far the worst agency I have ever dealt with. My grievances are as follows: 1. They are happy to make promises and write them into the contract. Do not believe them! I am moving out in a couple of weeks and still waiting for work to be done which was meant to be carried out before we moved in. They keep saying they'll do it. Then nothing. You call them again and they say they'll do it, but they don't - for a whole year! 2. Their maintenance team is extremely unprofessional. The woman who runs it, Shternie Gorman, has a poor level of English, takes forever to get anything done, rarely responds to emails and has gone home when we had arranged a meeting in the office before - and no apology. To me this shows extreme incompetence and very unprofessional behaviour. 3. When things require maintenance they take forever to get them fixed. 4. We had an electrical inspection and were told there were issues. However, they refused to show us the report or tell us what the issues were. This house also has electrical sockets behind the kitchen draining board, which to me is a safety hazard. 5. They insist on advertising quite clearly 2 bedroom houses as 3 bedroom ones, which is just shady. The house we live in has 1 large bedroom , 1 (very) small bedroom and a 3rd "bedroom" which can only be accessed via the 1st bedroom. I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that a bedroom requires an entrance to a communal space, like a corridor or a reception room. I feel it should be a 2 bedroom house and the 3rd bedroom should be advertised as what it is - a reception room. I think they do this to allow them to charge more rent. 6. When doing viewings, the agency staff wear a mask, but pull it under their chin halfway through. Also the people viewing the property were not wearing masks. Pretty sure they have to by law. 7. They are not open Saturdays, which is just extremely inconvenient for anyone who is not a jew. They say they are open Sundays, but they only ever have 1 person in who cannot do anything - so they might as well be shut. 8. I can see them trying to claim my deposit for issues which were present with the house before we moved in. Luckily we have everything documented, but I can still see them trying to make us fight for it. They seem like that sort of people. This agency has given me a year of extreme frustration and annoyance, which wouldn't be as bad if they weren't charging really high rent on a property which is falling apart in a rubbish area of the city. Would avoid them at all costs.

It was late 8pm, but agent said he had a key with him for a bigger flat for us in North Harrow. We liked it from first sight. Thank you for your hard work and no wonder you get nice properties.

I rented twice with Gravity. First time they found me 1 bedroom modern flat near Regents Park. Then after 1 year I had to go back oversees during pandemic and came back to Misha and he offered beautiful 2 bedroom apartment for me and my daughter near Golders Green. He let me meet the landlord, we discussed furniture and some final details in their amazing office and I moved in the following day. It is human agency, while signing agreement I had terrible tooth pain and didn’t know where to go. Misha called local not expensive emergency dentist for me to see on the same day. I moved in without pain in very clean flat. Fantastic service!

Misha found me reasonable priced run down property and gave me rental guidance on how to do it to be compliant with HMO regulations. He applied for a license and last 4 years I am getting fair rent guarantee income from my property from Gravity Estates. I was impressed during my last inspection how clean the property was and garden well maintained. If you are looking for somebody to manage the property Misha has the best team and knowledge. Never again would I choose this real estate agent (Matthew Messider) from Glentree Estates. We had a painful experience with signing the contract because the real estate agent went in between the parties and made things more complicated than they should be. He was badmouthing the other party, even so, it wasn't us he badmouthed but rather the other party, it is unacceptable from a professional standpoint. Later after the deal, it was clear that he showed that he couldn't be trusted when he started spreading lies for his benefit. This intolerable as it is not only eroding trust in him and his company but also between the involved parties. Very unprofessional and never again!

Glentree were the Agents selling an Apartment I wanted to purchase in Hampstead in London in November 2020, which were difficult times due to Covid. It turned out that at least 3 other people wanted to purchase this Apartment on the first day it was shown. I dealt with Lauren from Glentree, and even though she could have sold it to other parties putting pressure on Glentree, she provided an honourable service, efficiently putting my offer forward, and then dealing with dozens of details to ensure I could exchange contracts in just 24 hours. I have been buying and selling properties in London for 30+ years, and never met an Agent with such high business ethical standards. I would highly recommend Glentree, and particularly Lauren, if you are buying or selling a property.
