The agent I dealt with most was Aimee Mitchell. She was thorough and engaged with what I was looking for and extremely responsive. We built a good rapport, which I think is extremely important when making a significant decision in life. And her guidance was key to helping me think about certain properties. Unfortunately, I didn't find a property with D & G but I'll certainly be keeping Aimee on my books, should anything fall through. Thanks Aimee!

We dealt with Claudia Ferreira who was lovely, helpful and supportive throughout our search. She was proactive in finding us properties that actually matched the criteria we were looking for, quick to give us tailored advice and helped us have a positive experience. We're also really grateful to the management team who helped us push through some conditions of tenancy, something which had previously proven to be difficult with other offers with other agents.

Really professional service, always felt like they had the customer in mind throughout the entire process of seeking accommodation. I dealt with an agent named Rebecca Ross who was extremely helpful as well as friendly. She was very accommodating and I felt like she was looking after my best interests. Would definitely recommend using these estate agents.

Leah has been great throughout my property search. She was excellent at finding properties that she knew I would like / fit my preferences. She was very accommodating around both mine and my fathers schedule (coming down from the north). I highly recommend Leah, not only for her professional skills but her interpersonal skills and friendly aura. She made me feel comfortable and supported throughout, never pressuring but kept me in the loop in regard to the market. Exactly what you want from an agent! Thank you.

I've had a great experience with Lawson Rutter, I contacted them on Monday and arranged to view a property for rent on the same day. I met Lisa at the property, she was very friendly and helpful. I knew straight away the property suited everything I required. Within around 24 hours, I had an offer accepted, paper work signed and arranged to collect keys on the Saturday. Lisa was very helpful throughout the process, very responsive to emails and phone calls, double checking to ensure I had received various emails requiring further information. I couldn't have asked for an easier process and would highly recommend.

I have been a tenant with Lawson Rutter for the past three years and I cannot recommend Loren enough - she has been incredible. She has been my property manager throughout and goes above and beyond to be helpful, problem-solve and be responsive. She is always proactive and supportive with any issues or concerns regarding the property and makes sure that she is easily contactable and responsive. She has been an effective and reassuring link when things have gone wrong and maintenance issues have occurred, particularly during Covid! And ultimately, she's a really lovely person to do business with and a true credit to Lawson Rutter.

We spent 4 years looking for our first house. Savills were by far the most impressive advisor we had. Everything was first class: their understanding of their buyer’s needs, their realistic valuations and their all round knowledge of the market. Can’t recommend these guys enough. They really are very much part of the local Community in Fulham and always have a cheery disposition. I note Hayden gets lots of personal comments on here but he really is a friendly, genuine and very helpful asset to the Lockett brand. If you’re on the move, you can do no wrong and I’m sure using lockett will alleviate some of stress involved with moving house .

Terrible experience with these estate agents. They are rude and took ages to respond to issues. They also fail to fix many issues which are urgent. For ages we were missing several roof tiles meaning that birds had begun nesting in there, and both of the showers leaked causing mould. We also had issues where the downstairs tenants said there was damp coming through the ceiling - it was only when the ceiling fell down that something was done about it by our estate agents. It turns out that the pipe from the washing machine was leaking and causing chronic damp between the floor of our flat and the ceiling below. When you contact Francis James to tell them you have an issue and are unhappy you get responses like "don't be petty". Their communication is overall shocking, several times workmen arrived at the property with no warning. Do not rent from here!

Posted from Jane - one of our vendors who recently sold through us : ) I recently SOLD my own flat with Francis-James Residential and I also recommended my friend who had her apartment listed to rent with two other Fulham Agents and Francis-James found good tenants within a week of taking it on - she was very happy! We went with FJR on a sole agent basis and completely trusted them after meeting them on the valuation appointment. Really friendly, really professional - just had a really nice approach and knew what they were talking about without making me think they were Estate Agents. We got just under the asking price which we were completely happy with and they really took care of the sale proceeds - making sure the whole deal went smoothly and that was really important as we had never sold before. Francis & Lee are father and Son and they care a great deal about their business - and they are so friendly and professional. They didn't mind us quoting that their commission fee was a mere 1% - which is a flat rate fee that all vendors are charged.

I cannot recommend Francis-James Estate Agents enough. I found them incredibly approachable and helpful, answering all questions we had in detail. I particularly loved the family feel within the agents. Lee was incredibly helpful giving advise on works we are going to carry out and Francis's knowledge of the property market and the area was second to none. We also saved thousands of pounds with their very competitive fees, if I am ever in the position to buy/sell again I will be heading straight back to Francis and Lee.

Firstly I went to the office address displayed " The Mission Hall Walkers Place, Putney, SW15 1PP " Which did not exsist as the building was under development for the past two years. This agency does not have a Putney address, I also requested to view two properties on the Dover House area which the agent Dean Perkins refused to arrange, turns out both properties had sold six months ago, the details were fake and a misdescription. Avoid this agency at all cost according to website reviews they take 45 weeks to sell a property. The majority of stock displayed is fake. How on the earth do they get away with it.

I have dealt with many real estate agents in my time but Dean Perkins of Marcus Anthony was one of the best. Ethical & trustworthy. He genuinely had our best interests at heart. I remember him saying ‘if the client wins we all win’. Dean helped us sell our 3 bed flat in Innes Gardens, Putney. He also provides a one stop shop all included in the commission fee: professional photos, floor plan, listings referrals to great property lawyers & mortgage brokers too. Dean had our place on the market & had a buyer within 4 days (September 2015) & Dean was able to attain for us a record breaking price for the area - near double what we bought it for 4 years prior. Dean has extensive working knowledge of the South West London area & I’ll use him again. If you are looking for an agent Dean is the one to trust. His commission rate is also highly competitive.

Sold a property on the Dover House estate in July '19 guided by Dean Perkins who had it on the market , found a buyer and completed within 3 months - very pleased with the result and price obtained. Dean was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process - would recommend him to anyone.
