9 letting agents in Frognal

I have to say, as a landlord, I am quite disappointed with this agent. Everything was fine, 10% letting only is a bit expensive but yet still they helped me secured a tenant with 3 year contract. The reason that I give only three stars is because of how they dealt with the deposit after. It has been two months now since the last tenant moved out, and all dispute has been settled within 2 weeks after the move out. I still have received the deducted deposit from the agent........ I do appreciate that this is a special time and everything tends to be slower, but still........

This is the worst estate agency i've ever been with. I had the rudest encounter with Ashraf the owner who was completely unprofessional and uncooperative. They also came into my property at the time I lived there without my permission. Do not recommend them at all!

After 3 weeks of calling to try and arrange a viewing without calls being returns because the agent is not in the office, I receive an email “No longer available”. So unprofessional!

There's a reason why there's so many negative reviews here. Also, the 5* reviewers look pretty fake too! These guys give estate agents a bad name. The people that work here are some of the rudest people you could ever wish to deal with. They really don't care less about service. Every time I go into the office, I see them shouting at customers. Why people use this company, I don't know Edit: Look at the 1* Google reviews, and see the angry/crazy replies from Frognal Estates. Good companies don't behave like this!

Quick, professional and reassuring. After an awful experience with another agency Greg at Paradigm gave myself and my flat mates faith again. (Review as a tenant) My experience with Regency Estates has been absolutely delightful. They have been friendly and more than fair throughout the whole letting-process. The creation of our contract was painless and during my stay, they have been quick to respond and relay me to the correct people for any issues I had with my flat. I had an issue towards the end of my stay where we needed to move out of one of their properties and given that I had a lot of furniture, this was quite concerning for me as there was a few hiccups with our new contract. However during this whole process, they have been incredible. They gave me some good advice and were always ready to help.
