4 letting agents in Forty Hill

Not sure what happened. They used to be good. Covird-19 made them stealing people's money

Once you pay they will make fun of you. It happened to me for more then 4 months. I had to leave the house including the deposit I have paid. The answer is : go in the court !

I have tried to rent a flat gor my office. The agency guaranteed the flat will be disinfected due to Covid-19. Now 5 of my 7 employees are infected with the virus and the agency is telling me that they promised they will disinfect after the lockdown is done. Totally unprofessional

This is the poorest service ever, not.comunicative , not answering. After all this they took my deposit telling me to go in court if I want it back. Be aware of this thiefs

I would never recommend anyone to rent with Filey properties. We had a massive water damage in our flat that they didn't do anything about for a year. They ignored my message about moving out of the flat and made us pay an extra month rent after the contract was finished and are now trying to charge us even more for "damages". The most unreliable and unprofessional people I've ever had the unpleasure of renting from, absolute scammers.

Alan and the team did a great job for us selling a 2 bed flat in Enfield. From the initial engagement, where we discussed how to best present the property through to completion where Nicky facilitated all parties to progress through the admin side more speedily and without things falling through cracks.
