Both Mario and Jordan helped us to sell my deceased aunt’s flat. I can honestly say that without them, we would not have achieved this. They were both extremely professional and responsive across the entire time of the sale, but more than this they went over and above during a very difficult time for us. They treated us with great compassion as well as treating us as ‘people’ and not just a client. Their hard work, diligence and expertise made the process so much easier for us than it could have been and we will always be grateful. This is a lovely park, very peaceful, plenty of space and a lovely place to visit with children as they have a nice playground.

After a long search for a clean property in the East London area, the guys at Hamar Properties have been very helpful in both guiding me and assisting me in finding what property suited me best to rent out for the next couple of years. Having young kids during the current pandemic it has been very hard for me to find a good enough place however top marks for Hamar as I am nothing but grateful to have been placed at a new flat.

Do not deal with noise complaints efficiently. Bring tenants with bad records to properties. Are unable to manage bad tenants causing years of issues. Not professional and not recommended for use. Ignore the recent fake reviews giving it 5 stars.

Dodgy estate agents i needed sell my house & they wanted to put it in the market for 80k lower then the actual valuation price maybe to purchase it for them selves.

Excellent people and brilliant service for Renting & Sales of the properties in East London

We are renting a one bedroom flat from this agency. We are very happy with them, Lauren and Natalie and Mirko are very friendly and helpful. Always very quick answer the emails. If we have an issue with the flat is very quickly resolved.

Estates7 manage a property let for me and I have always found Lauren and Natalie very professional and easy to contact. They are always very good at helping me navigate legal requirements and quickly arrange it when work is needed. The communication is always very quick and clear and it takes a lot of the worry away when i know i can trust them to be open and honest and realistic.

Recently bought a property marketed by Estates 7. Joel was friendly, easy to deal with and responsive. He was understanding and rational in the face of delays within the chain.
