Outstanding service. Raphael from MG did a fantastic job in keeping all parties to the transaction engaged (including not only buyers and sellers, but also solicitors at both ends, mortgage brokers, surveyors, etc...). He was able to identify potential stoppers in advance, and work around them quickly. He was also very useful accommodating additional visits and requests to the property patiently. And throughout the whole transaction, he kept all parties informed about progress in real team. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

My experience in buying property with Martyn Gerrard is hundred percent positive . Both agents - Scott and Raphael - were extremely professional and very responsible and helpful. I was in a sales/ purchase chain which didn’t make things easier . But the guys were very patient and supportive with great attention to detail. Happy to recommend them to friends and family .

They wast my time , they took my details to arrange a viewing because they said we don't have a key now , i contacted them one day after and they said properties is gone . Thats sounds funny , they just want to get details from peoples and register them in system for future .

I have been so impressed with Chancellors. They are highly professional and extremely responsive yet friendly. I have been a tenant for several years now and have moved around quite a few times and I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had. Throughout the viewing and rental application process Ty at the Finchley branch called me everytime I had a query and was very helpful. I would say one of the worst agency that I worked with. Exteremly unprofessional. They don't even call you back until you called them many times. I have seen a flat with them and I was the first one that seen the flat. I was there after 2 hours they post on rightmove. (This is what they said to me) I have seen flat 2 times and happy to pay deposit straight away. They told me that they will let me know after checking with lanlord. By the way his name was Lewis. He didn't even bother to call me that flat is gone because they have another offer accepted. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest anyone this agency. Don't waste your time.
