This is the best agency I have dealt with since I moved to London. In particular Amanda Larsson who is the agent I was in direct contact with who helped me out with assessing and renting a one bedroom apartment in Central London was so good. Contrary to so many unhelpful agents out there she was clear, honest, professional and effective throughout the process. All in all definitely the best people to deal with when it comes to house rental market which unfortunately it's not so common to find

I've been on the look for an apartment several times since moving to London and have personally dealt with various different agencies and agents. And honestly, Dexters is probably one of, if not the most "on top of everything" agency out there. It had been an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone from Dexters. Brandon Cox, in particular, was extremely approachable, friendly, authentic, and helpful. He was very engaging and animated in his presentations of all of the apartments we had viewed. It was very clear that he is passionate about what he does. I have had an amazing experience with Anthony, working at the Savilll Estate Agents. Anthony is an amazing real estate agent. He made sure all of my questions and fears were addressed. He also went out of his way to find me a place that had all of the features I was looking for. Anthony is also very friendly and answers all queries very fast. He had a lot of suggestions for the different power, as well as data providers. It was a great and easy experience.

I always though Savills would be a bit too corporate but my experience with them professional, friendly and I would definitely recommend them and especially Hannah. My story is based on me finding a flat but then not taking it. My offer was a bit lower than the price it was advertised for but Hannah agreed to put it forward as an offer to the landlord because I emailed her my rationale. Also, I didn't need to ask many questions about the layout of the flat because her video made it really easy. It was slow so I could see things properly and she opened all the cupboards, fridge doors and she even filmed useful spaces and so many estate agents don't do that. I was also pleased that she didn't call me all the time like some estate agents, she communicated on Whatsapp (as that was my preference) and she respected my time to come back to her. Hannah was really kind, I felt like she really understood my needs. The truth is I ended up not taking the flat but that was nothing to do with Savills or Hannah, it was because when I met the concierge I didn't think it was a good fit, the building was virtually empty and I didn't like the sound of the builders as they were working right opposite the flat windows and would be doing so for a while. I would definitely recommend Hannah at Savills Clerkenwell.

We had a great experience with Hannah Rheeston from the agency from beginning to the end. She was very helpful and nice throughout the process which makes a difference as we did 30 viewings and she was the only one with helpful attitude and trying her best to answer our questions. She was the key reason for us choosing this flat as we had doubts and she really spent time looking for the answers and liasing with the landlord. She was really responsive and quick - which we really appreciated considering changing flats can be really stressful. I would definitely recommend this agency and Hannah in particular!

I had a very positive experience signing a tenancy with Hurford Salvi Carr. Kris was wonderful and organized a viewing for me on the weekend to accommodate my needs. Pretty bad experience. No WiFi, two days without hot water, nobody contactable at check- in or responding to problems. The apartment itself was fine, and quite well equipped, but the level of service was appalling.

Passable. No concierge service. No daily breakfast, but we did receive a stale croissant and tepid milk daily. Foreign housemaid with little or no English. Bedding change every 5 days. Shower had a drainage issue. The good part was the location, 100 metres from Farringdon Station. It was clean, spacious, modern and quiet. I would stay there again, but I would complain that the service is not what they publish on their website. Should they talk about the key to the apartment, it's a card.

2 bedroom apartment in Doughty street. Milk & croissants every 2 days. Eggs & bacon waiting in fridge on arrival. Positives: very clean (except for the lumps of chewing gum in the side table), nice linens, good size apartment in convenient location. Downsides: didn't meet at the arranged time to let us in, multiple phonecalls & finally arrived 35 minutes later. 4 flights of stairs with no lift so not for the weak of arm or faint of heart. Mattresses were on the firm side of comfortable. Advertisement gives impression that microwave and washing machine/dryer are in the apartment but is in fact a communal one in basement. Overall acceptable.

The best apartment I ever been to. The furniture and building is almost new, absolutely clean and you enjoy a full kitchen, two flat screen tv, a big bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a good price/deal too. I can’t ask more! I will come back again if the price is the same.

This company is at best a bunch of criminals, the flat was so bad it didn't even have a proper shower and the toilet leaked everywhere. Never book with them!! You would be better off sleeping in the street.

Got my contract reviewed and signed by3 parties, allowing total transparency, all in less than a week and if we have a problem with the property agency they are the ones WHO TRULY TAKE CHARGE OF IT. No credits no bank receipts needed, all super easy and transparent. Thank you so much

booked a room for 14th June-14th July in London, paid £205.24 for first week advanced (reservation) I received an email saying that I would get a contract to sign, I didn’t get any! Landlord just sent me his bank details and rules wanting total payment on 9th June or they wouldn’t confirm my booking. First of all, I already paid one week in advance to spotahome, so why is he trying to charge me the total price? Second, it doesn’t make any sense since my check in is only on 14th! The whole point renting in this app is that they keep the first week payment on hold until you move-in and this way you can avoid frauds/scams. My question is: what reason would I have to use the app if I don’t have a contract, have to pay a total rent before I move-in, even if I already paid one week in advance to reserve it (and is said that it’s kept on hold until I move-in)???

This is not a good company, avoid. I used Airsorted for 2 years to manage my property in Brighton, East Sussex. Countless problems throughout, poor cleaning (which they charge 70 pounds for!), poor communication and overall a stressful service. Use another company, believe me. Only bad ratings received were due to their mess-ups.

This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. They charged an absolute fortune for cleaning and the place was disgusting (did the minimal amount every time, not even completing basic tasks that were asked). They double booked guests, ignored emails and missed phone calls arranged to discuss problems. They literally lost me over £2000. I even had a guest walk out after 10 minutes of being there because the place was so bad. It was immaculate when I left it with them. If you care about your property, money or business relationships DO NOT USE HOUST. So glad to be away from them. (Look at how they allowed the extractor to get.... (see photos) they don’t have a care in the world. This is a freeze frame from a video regarding a different problem that I spotted. I requested it to be cleaned and after 4 different cleans it was still like this) Houst are the absolute worst.

I just joined Airsorted and am a very happy customer. They have been very quick with getting my listing up. Communication is good, my account manager has always been available for any queries. Flexible and agile service provider.

I have been using Airsorted for 4 months now. Yes there were a few teething problems, mainly with the cleaners but Elle has been great at sorting these. I seem to be getting great reviews, so the guests are happy with the service and the flat. I hope this continues to be a great working relationship as this is the perfect way for me to gain income from my flat and be able to stay when I need to be in Brighton for a few days every 4 to 6 weeks. I think the fees are standard for lettings industry and the other big name in this style of management charges more, so overall I am happy with Airsorted & their service.
