5 letting agents in Enfield Wash

I was a previous tenant, it seems like they give more priority to Turkish tenants. Haven't received my deposit, although no damage or rent arrears! Especially Evrim Bayeren and Akif Karliga were extremely rude and unprofessional! These agents are scammers, I highly would say no other races should think of dealing with these narcissists!

Been a tenant for 2 and half years. They failed to keep the property maintained as needed. Very very bad customer service. Major issues reported and they would never sort it within the time scales they provided. They would fake invoices to the landlords and charge them way more than the job would be. Having said that, we always paid rent in full on time every single time. Now the landlords have ended the contract with them.

5 star it is for filey properties Very friendly and helpful and fast they found me a 3 bed house very quickly. Thank you soo much Gamze and Rugul for the rental (ask for these girls to help you out they really do what it needs to be done!)

They have been managing my properties for several years. Never had any issues with tenants. Always had good tenants paying on time (even earlier) and they maintain the properties really well. If any repair or renovations are needed, they always get the best quotes which I can’t even beat through my friends. Very professional, very responsive and I couldn’t ask for a better service.

Staff were rude to me, they don’t respond at all very unprofessional. They don’t show up to appointments don’t go with them :)
