I used Your Move in Eltham for a difficult sale of my 2 bed flat. I had recently tried to sell a couple of years ago with another agent later to realise that the flat was not mortgageable with high street lenders due to the fact it is above a chip shop. Robert & Tara did a great job at getting the sale through. It meant having to sell to a cash buyer which limited my sale figure but I am happy to move on to the next chapter in my life.

Very poor experience from the start. When reporting issues, response times are poor, work always takes much longer to arrange than they should , thats if they are arranged at all. We were allowed to move in to the property with heavy mould/damp issues and broken cabinets - which took 6 months to fix. We we also had the gas cut off for 2 days because there was a live gas leak in the property and a gas fire they didn't even know about. The workmen used by the agents constantly complete work to substandard, requiring further visits and inconvenience - one issue can take 4 or 5 visits and thats being generous Often the tone of emails are quite rude and we have had at a point, the pleasure of having the director Kemal shouting at us down the phone (as we were seen as difficult for trying to arrange repairs to a leaking roof, mould and a broken front door. Find it very it very challenging to deal with this company, they always have a come back and you always feel like they are selling you. Would advise both landlords and tenants to avoid

We chose to sell our house with CKB, after a recommendation from a neighbour who used CKB to sell their house. Andy did the valuation and has been our main contact throughout. Andy is great - crucially he is easy to contact and extremely helpful with any questions we’ve asked. He is down to earth and no nonsense, and very pleasant to deal with. We’ve accepted an offer above asking price, and the sale is progressing with help from the progressing agent Jennifer, also extremely helpful. I would recommend CKB wholeheartedly if you are looking to sell a properly.

I had Andy Ralph round my house in Bromley BR2 to value it for sales. Andy was excellent and very knowledgeable of prices and the area. Andy valued our house at what we believe was good and honest. We did decide unfortunately not to sell due to work commitments, however I would use Andy again when we are next ready to sell. A really good estate agent and makes you feel comfortable to talk too and at ease.

Going through the initial process of becoming a first time buyer is extremely daunting and overwhelming. JDM team were helpful, a big shout out to Sarah Freeman who was so kind enough to even help me navigate the world of form filling (very important when you become a home owner).
