If 0 stars was possible that would be my review. They manage a property for me and pay me late every month, only after me constantly chasing them for payments. Completely unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Avoid

DO NOT USE Cook Estate agents (know formally as Proctors East Agents Anerley) the worst most unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. My wife and I attempted to market our property with Cook estates for rental. We have previously used them (when they we under Proctors) and the service was pretty good. Therefore a no brainer to use them again. We also wanted to support local business in these testing times. Their unwillingness to respond to phone calls has been disrespectful, rude and lazy and therefore didn't end up using them. We eventually marketed with KFH and had multiple choices of tenant within days of going to market. As mentioned we rented with these guys previously when they were under the Proctors umbrella. Again disappointment, we have been waiting to receive our deposit back (as landlords, previous tenant agreed to some damages) for over two months. That money seems to have been consumed by Graham Cook himself. Very disappointing, and the matter will be taken further. My advice. AVOID THESE GUYS.

Just got a call from them. What a pompous dismissive attitude. Very sad that they are the ones selling a property you might be interested in.

What can I say other than an absolutely excellent service from beginning to end! My dad was a hesitant mover but Tom put him at ease throughout the process, going above and beyond what you would normally expect. We were kept well informed throughout the process and helped with additional questions/queries we had. We really couldn't have done it without the excellent support we received. Many thanks!

My experience selling my flat was made so much easier by all the team at Proctors. They have great local knowledge, and most importantly there was zero hot air from them. From Warren's valuation visit to Kathleen's absolute dedication pushing the sale through, I would have no hesitation in using this team again.

Genuinely horrible people, even for estate agents. Listen to the warnings of the other reviews. Absolute monsters, please don't trust them with your money or your home.

AVOID! Not only she’s a scammer but she also discriminate against Europeans. This so called CEO as she loves to call herself will take your deposit, give you excuses as to why you’re not eligible to rent with no proofs, threaten you then keep your money. The owner is a malicious , condescending and despicable woman. She should be investigated!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

AVOID .. AVOID ..AVOID THESE PEOPLE Marie talks to people like she is way above you. Thats what happen when you let money run your life. I'm an ex tenant and when i was leaving she commented this os the resson why your are renting and i am not. Marie parris was looking for all sort of fault to not give back my deposit . Trying to deduct money to replace a lost key its £75 to change a lock on a door its £500 I will upload the tenancy of these figures aswell of the video of this lady behaviour I feel sorry for you tahlia she talks to you like and animal also.
