Genuinely felt like he cared for our interests rather than a ‘sell’ like other experiences we’ve had and that’s such a plus for us! Farzana has been super helpful throughout the entire process. From the get go she was very lovely to chat to and helped me to understand the kind of things to expect and what is best for me. Her approach gave a very personal touch which was a pleasant surprise based on other estate agents I had precisely dealt with from other companies. She worked around the clock to ensure the best suited places were sent to me and even contacted me while she was on annual leave to ensure I was taken care of or to address any queries, she really is a credit to this company and I would recommend her to anyone looking to find their perfect place!

If you are a tenant, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They have nice properties, but that's all there is. Their proposed deductions to my deposit were absurd. Over £500 worth of some marks on the wall and pre-existing issues (which the check in inventory does a nice job to miss!). It then took them 2 months and half after I vacated the property to have the undisputed portion of my deposit returned. After 3 months, I still don't a have a response on the other portion. Their management team just can't be bothered. Their management during the tenancy follows a similar standard of carelessness. It takes several follow up emails and calls to get any response from their property management team. Anything to avoid taking care of tenants complaints. Just look somewhere else.

Giulio Sampaolo guided me through the successful application process. All service was very professional yet uncomplicated. Giulio was always quick to respond, friendly and genuine. Overall, had a very positive Chase Evans experience, and will enjoy the new flat.

I rented with Cubix a while back. We had a lot of significant, persisting issues with the property while renting: the downstairs room flooded, the house had damp and mould in most rooms, and the showers had no hot water for many months. An independent contractor found that the damp and mould were caused and exacerbated by serious structural issues with the house, including a lack of air vents in the windows and several installations using the wrong pipes or materials. Despite reporting issues to Cubix promptly, the majority were slowly or never resolved and we eventually had to find a new place to live even though we loved the area and the location of the property.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience with this agency. We found a lovely flat and paid the deposit which was 5 weeks rent plus the first months rent on top, all within a couple of days after our viewing. The first agent stopped replying to our messages completely, as soon as we had sent the payment, to which we later had found out he had gone on holiday & left us in the dark. Following this, all communication was awful, with each member of staff providing us with conflicting information. Two of our planned move-in dates passed as the confirmation process was prolonged for several weeks. As students we were keen to start moving in our belongings before our university courses started. We were constantly having to chase everything up with the agents as we were not getting definitive answers, to which a member of staff named Raste then complained about, saying that we were being "too demanding". Furthermore, we were told that the holding deposit we had paid was to secure the flat, take it off the market and stop all viewings. After several weeks of going back and forth, the agency then quietly put the flat back up for advertisement, which I found out about myself! They explained to us that it was the landlord who had suggested putting the ad back up, but after speaking with the landlord directly, we found this to be untrue. They ruined our experience and wasted ours and the landlords time. Would not recommend!!

Cubix Estate agents sold our house and made everything in the process so go smoothly. Nothing was ever too much for them and the customer service was always 5*. Selling our house was a very stressful time but thanks to Kai and Raz, we always felt at ease. We would recommend Cubix Estate Agents to everyone!

I stayed at one of McMahon's properties for two years and had a very positive experience. Anything we asked of them was handled in a very swift manner. Louise and Jasmine were the two people I dealt with during my tenancy - they were always very friendly and accommodating. The only problem I had with McMahon was at the early stages, when we were still working on securing the tenancy. I dealt with a person named Jonathan, who made the initial process rather difficult by insisting on what I felt were unfair conditions (he wanted us to pay 6 months at a time and wouldn't allow us to use a guarantor; he told us that we'd have to buy our own couch when other employees said that they absolutely provide a couch to all their tenants). Despite the early difficulties, our overall stay was incredibly pleasant and I'd happily recommend this agency to prospective renters.

Lived for 5yrs in a rented property managed by McMahon & Partners. Found the property management services to be top notch, the team is responsive and was always able to resolve issues in a timely manner. Sean was incredibly helpful when I was in a tricky situation with less than two weeks to find a new flat. Sean showed me around suitable properties that matched my criteria and when I put an offer in, he negotiated my ideal price with the landlord. Sean and his team are very responsive by email and phone and it's been a great and hassle free experience renting from McMahon and Partners. Would certainly recommend!

Sean is the best agent I know. Put my property on the market twice with him, each time finding a great offer when others didn’t. More than that, there isn’t any pressure to make a sale and he genuinely puts his clients’ interests first.

McMahon and Partners are a team of caring, considerate and patient people. They have helped assist me with any issue that arises and insured the renting process be as simple as possible. Looking for properties and moving can be stressful so it is important to be doing so with agents who actually care. BE CAREFUL - NOT PROFESSIONAL - Not recommended We got in touch with Ruben at the end of 2020 because of an apparently great flat in a new building area in London. Since we knew that there was a lot of construction going on in this region and we both work from home, we asked MULTIPLE TIMES (since it was not possible to visit the flat ourselves due to travel restrictions) about the noise pollution. In the advertisement NOTHING was communicated about any noise nuisance or anything else, now we know why! We were assured that it was 'minor construction work' and would not be a major nuisance. Now we are sitting in this flat, living in the middle of a construction site that makes the flat basically uninhabitable for 2 home office employees due to the daily and EXTREMELY LOUD demolition noise and are chained to the contract until the end of 2021. We tried to find a solution but both Ruben and Edmond absolutely did not see this as their problem, which makes us extremely sad. We would therefore NEVER EVER AGAIN use the service of Global House Estates, cannot recommend it and are extremely devastated.

As a landlord, I highly recommend Global House Estates, and can't thank Anthony Antoniou and his team enough, for renting our property in what has to be the most difficult market conditions - during lockdown. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were all professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I have rented my house for years through Anthony, he really goes the extra mile and I can't thank him enough.

There are some people you want to make deals or work with which they are efficient, professional and the most important thinking out of their box. Terry Vittas is one of those people that you will always know he will support you, understand you needs and provide you what you really want! Speak to him and he will not disappoint you! He knew and understand from the phone call what we want and we arrange a viewing of a flat way out of his office hours. Its a staff that you want to have on your team and make it fly! Cristiana also was very efficient and fast forward with the documents and in tamely manner! I will definitely choose global estates again because of those people! I recently relocated to the UK at very short notice due to the ever changing Covid related mesures. The team at Get Living in Elephant Central were able to very quickly sort out a flat for me, and generally went above and beyond (particularly Samuel and Kim) to help me settle in these strange times. The flat itself is lovely, well appointed and really quiet. I would definitely recommend!

Lived in Mawes House for 2 years, recently left to relocate internationally. Fantastic place to rent - great team that respond quickly, and the building is only a few years old; never had a maintenance issue. Of particular note is how well insulated the building is with minimal heater use during winter months, and the strong soundproofing despite having a window down to the rail line.

I have been living with Get Living for close to 3 years. The building itself has everything you would want from a modern living space - brand new appliances, greatly furnished flats and access to a private work space, garden, bar. The building staff and especially the relationship managers are very friendly and make themselves available for any and all requests. Sara from the team has been kind enough to ensure we get our oven replaced with a brand new one less than 24 hours we had an issue with the original one.

Have been at Get Living in Elephant Central since October. Spotless facilities, very well located and management always keen to help. The monthly events and occasional treats make a big difference especially during trying times. Would recommend!

As someone who is from abroad, it can be extremely difficult renting a property through a Letting agency. Get Living Central is full-service and literally takes care of everything from day-to-day questions about living here to maintenance requests...in a very timely manner at that. Staff is courteous and always available to help. These are the important things where you really can't put a price on!
