This is the worst estate agency I've ever had! I'm moving to a new flat and they ignoring the referencing company. My wife and I are paying on time and never caused any problem. I don't know why they won't answer...after two weeks and almost losing the flat I used a lawyer to threat them and I got the reference. The only good thing there is agent name Celia, she's amazing. Avoid this agency!!!

Absolutely awful service. They called us and congratulated us on getting an apartment then called us a few hours later saying they gave it to two different people and we didnt get the apartment. We had paid the holding deposit. Took 6 days to get the money back. We had even recieved the contract! Disgusting service. They didnt even remove us from the phone service when repeatedly asked and emailed.

Have had fantastic end-to-end service from Celia Abbott at Featherstone Leigh Twickenham. She is very responsive, honest and knowledgeable on the application process for rentals/lettings. Compared to other real estate competitors in Twickenham/Surbiton, there was absolute daylight between the fantastic service I received from Celia and the 'others'. I look forward to liaising with her in future for letting enquiries.

Featherstone Leigh have let and managed my property in Twickenham since 2009. They have always let the property quickly to good tenants and then managed it professionally. They have been trustworthy and provide accurate monthly reporting which is very helpful. As I don't live locally I rely on Featherstone Leigh exclusively to look after the property and would happily recommend them to any prospective landlord.
