ABC recently took over the management of our block. We were all concerned that the old managing agent would not cooperate with the handover process. Richard led them through his Handover Protocol firmly and politely and made sure we eventually got all of the data and paperwork from the old agent that was required. Good start, very impressed.

I have dealt with ABC for the last five years and have always had a great service. They made life so easy for me, the team were always happy to help. This time I was dealing with Georgina who has been professional and very efficient, she is definitely an asset to the team!

Richard's expertise has been invaluable negotiating on our behalf with our Joint Venture partners to develop our airspace. His insight doubled the square footage and our profits. Even the JV partners were impressed by his suggestions. Can't thank you enough. God bless you.

Very good estate agent. Always organised and willing to sort you out with a property wherever possible. They have helped me and my family when it comes to thoroughly explaining the paper work required and what dates to look out for Eg. When we were moving into the property and when to take a look at the property when they finished refurbishing it. Despite it being my first experience going to an estate agent I am not familiar with I can say that this one has exceeded my expectations. I have contacted estate agents beforehand when it came to the availability of properties within Edgware and only Sherlock Estate Agents was able to secure us one in the spot.

WOW! For a dynamic and vibrant Estate Agent, you would not expect such individualised and professional service. I have never been made to feel so welcome as when I drop in on Hale Lane for an update on the Edgware property market. We didn't buy through Grove Residential - The properties they showed us were quite close to what we wanted, but we hedged our bets and worked through several agencies. Perhaps that is why this review means so much more! The gentle checkups by phone and email regarding properties becoming available, the recommendations and advice on extensions and renovations, the guided tours of properties tailored to suit us as discerning customers... the list of care and diligence goes on and on. I cannot fault this amazing team and wish them all the very best.
