After viewing the property, I was told to give £350 deposit, otherwise my details would not be forwarded to the landlord. Why not they tell in advance that they have a weird way of dealing. I could understand if I was offered the property and then asking for the deposit to hold the property could be justifiable. I cannot imagine that £350 just for showing a house. No way!

Rented my property through these people. Guaranteed by owners that property would be well looked after. Just collected keys. Mould all over carpets. House was filthy and major items of furniture missing .when I spoke to them about it they had no interested . Disgusting. My advise to any landlord STAY CLEAR. If they reply to this please do not believe them.

The best team ever I've had problems with the old property i was staying at but the team at Swayam took care of the matter after careful investigation of the issue they were able to move me else where like a flash of light with so much care and support they offered me and my baby I'm very happy and glad that they have the best service ever despite of the pandemic they are able to assist their tenants regardless. I’m very happy with the services I was provided with. I viewed one of the properties they had for sale. Entire viewing was done in a very professional and straight forward way. Shahryar answered all my questions and was extremely friendly and professional. Even though I did not went ahead with the property I am happy and will definitely approach Shahryar whenever I want to buy my new home. Strongly recommended.!!!

Update: 07/02/2018 - After Brexit Rents seem to have plummeted everywhere however Shah and his team of lettings manager have managed to increases my rent. Shah is a great lettings manager and will help you. He has helped me with all of my properties and managed to increase my rent by 20 to 40%. You should have no concerns dealing with Shah and the Swayam Team. Very very highly recommended. The service I have received from Swayam particularly from Lettings Manager Shah Sheik has been brilliant. Shah has gone above and beyond to help my family members to rent out all the properties in London. With Swayam and Shah's help my family has managed to achieve maximum rent for this particular area. The service ensures the tenants are vetted properly and the property is maintained well. Shah has also worked very hard to ensure all problems and issues are dealt with promptly and accordingly.
