Faysal in-particular has been a delight to deal with; always available, extremely responsive, and he has made this entire process as smooth as it could possibly be. Excellent, excellent team. I've worked with many estate agents, including two on this particular sale. Vimal is calm and professional and does exactly what he says he's going to do. Sounds simple but this is actually pretty rare. From beginning to end Marco fully managed the sale. He liaised with us, the buyers, the tradesmen and was regularly in contact with both sets of solicitors. Marco would always know exactly what was going on, I did not have to chase him once. In fact, I'm sure he was the main reason we were in a position to complete within 6 weeks. Super impressed with this team, we will be using them again in the future.

Marco Moloudi took excellent care of us during the very long and convoluted process of us trying to buy a flat in Crouch End! From March 2019 to September 2020 everything went wrong that possibly could, everything was complicated and difficult and delayed and throughout it all Marco was there for us. He was invariably extremely helpful, competent and efficient and always went out of his way to reassure us, to iron out difficulties and facilitate our purchase. He even made himself available to us late on Christmas Eve and I believe he was the one person who was actually instrumental in getting contracts exchanged before Christmas! Without him it would not have happened. Marco is a courteous, intelligent and very pleasant young man, who is excellent at his job; he is a pleasure to deal with and he undoubtedly has a great career ahead of him.
