Harry was professional, polite and not pushy, showing us around a great selection of properties that matched exactly what we were after. Efficient. Helpful. Worth it! I am a landlord of a small 2 bed flat in Wimbledon - non-commercial, letting it out for personal reasons. Prior to using Winchester White to find my tenants and let the property, I'd been cautious of using agency due to the fees. Winchester White's reputation precedes them. I found the registration process easy, well supported and very clear communication throughout. I was given options and felt part of the process. Renting out a property during a pandemic isn't easy and to be clear, property management and lettings can be difficult to navigate. You cant always predict the future and you have to accept this. Even during a slightly rocky period with my tenants when they needed to leave due to a change in circumstances, Jake was superbly professional. He ensured that Winchester White handled all the compliance issues, taking a huge amount of anxiety away from me. Jake is also good at setting out perspective and very good at recognising problems and dealing with them. You cannot really ask for more in terms of agency. Jake takes responsibility, is courteous, friendly and very up front. I don't feel he is at all duplicitous, but rather that he is vested in maintaining a good reputation and professionalism. Recently I was on the search for a two bed rental in SW London. I met many agents and attended several viewings non were as good as Emily. Completely consultative, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the application and contract process. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend.

Since I first started inquiring about the property I’m now in, Emily has been tremendously helpful with everything I asked. We had some issues with receiving the certificates but she went above and beyond to make sure I received them in time so I could have my first night at the flat. Even so she gave up her Saturday evening to make sure of this. My experience of Foxtons has consistently been that of pulling teeth. They are fairly professional and helpful when you talk to them but the amount of phone calls, emails and talks to get anything done is absurd. At every point they drag their feet and wait for you to contact them despite repeatedly saying they will contact you.

Despite the fact that Foxtons came onboard 2 weeks later, Liz Nowak found me tenants pretty quick. I found she is very professional, quick in responses and effective in communications. She's able to put herself into both the tenants and the landlords' shoes and find creative ways to bridge any gaps. I have no hesitation to use her again.

If you like a place you are going to rent it no matter who are the agency is. These people are not there for you they are here to make money. Rent from them if you like the place but do not expect anything from them.

Seymour green have restored my faith in estate agents. They were a pleasure to deal with the entire letting period. As the managing agents issues in the house were fixed quickly and were so extremely kind during lockdown offering to deliver shopping when I fell ill. A real credit to their industry specifically, Colin Brown. At the end of the tenancy agreement my deposit was returned within days In full and without issue.
