We recently bought a property through Alexander Lewis. Where other local estate agents we viewed properties with were pushy and dishonest, Alexander Lewis were great. They had a really friendly approach during the initial negotiation (which ultimately saw us increase our bid), and once our offer was accepted they were very helpful and responsive right through to completion. Our viewing and most of our subsequent correspondence was with Ellie and she was fantastic, but whenever we rang the office the service was great. Would definitely recommend and most likely sell our property with Alexander Lewis when the time comes!

It was my first time using this agent and I have been very impressed by the level of service I received. I recently sold my house with Alexander Lewis. Sally was my main contact throughout the move and she was amazing. She would keep in regular contact with me updating me on the progress of the move. Sally has an extremely friendly approach and I felt at ease knowing that she was handling my queries. I did contact other estate agents at the beginning and Alexander Lewis' commission rates were by far the best value all round. Would definitely recommend!

Initially good experience but has ended up a nightmare. I have been letting out my flat for years plus other properties and wish I had not used them now. The bigger more established agents are just that for a reason. Would not recommend at all.

Very poor client service and communication especially from Joseph Alvarado. I would not recommend this agency at all, lack of communication, not responding to phone calls and withdrawing an offer which had already been accepted without further notice. The agents are friendly and overall they are responsive (although there was some delay when I communicated via whatsapp from another country, finally we could sort it out) to get things done. I arrived at London at weekend and it's appreciated that they helped arrange to deliver the key. They are kind to provide personal help when I am in need as a new comer to London. Hands down the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. I had a flat that was sitting vacant for months with another agent until I found Landstones by chance. Elliot was incredibly proactive, always assessing the prospective tenants feedback and market conditions and making recommendations which led to the flat now occupied. Tom then took over as the managing agent who was equally proactive, always keeping me updated on progress, the definition of “bringing solutions not problems”. Stephen from London Homes helped to rent out my 1-bed flat in SW London. They have good market knowledge (price point etc), produced high quality property marketing, incl photographs and video - I believe that made my flat stand-out in the hundreds that are for rent. Stephen also advertised on the sites appropriate for my property. Despite the covid-19 situation, my flat was rented within one week to a professional couple, for very close to asking price - so very pleased. I would definitely recommend London Homes. They may be smaller than the large corporate agents, but in my opinion (and from personal experience) London Homes were much more responsive.

Unacceptable service to tenant. Did not take action when issues in the flat. Illegally got in the flat without notifying me. Upon tenewal of contract increased the fee even more before signing. Poor negotiator with landlord. Do not recommend. First time I have such a bad experience with an agen
