Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

We are very lucky to have Reeta and Molly for our property search. Reeta has been very nice and helpful - showing us the best property in Ealing in the first place, answering all our queries and actively keeping us updated. Molly has been very professional as well - taking care of the negotiation and securing a good deal for us with the landlord. Without their help, we wouldn’t be able to find our new home that quick! Highly recommended!!

Ko Chuenyau, 18 May 2021

My business partner, Trevor & I are truly grateful for all the assistance Robertson Smith Kempson had provided us with. In particular, Han and Molly. They have found us very good respectable tenants. I haven’t got the opportunity in meeting them because Trevor had been dealing with them all along. They do come across as being very friendly, approachable, understanding and professional whilst on the phone as well as in writing. I am pretty sure they are just as pleasant as in person too. They offer first class service and thank you once again. Much appreciated.

I was quite surprised with the 5 star level service, we received. Little did we realise we would find a great place to stay. As some of the other places we went to were not as great in regards to the experience. We met Han for a viewing one evening, and he was really helpful, understanding and patient & of course a warm person. He followed things through, and was available to answer even some of our ridiculous questions. I would highly recommend the service and especially Han. We spoke to other support staff at the office over the phone and they were really helpful as well. They take their time to understand your needs and give you the realistic idea to work towards choosing a suitable place based on your budget, and we really appreciated this aspect. The process was really smooth, and they even negotiated our requests with the Landlord. The overall experience was really amazing from contacting, to meeting with Han and viewing the place to the finalization of the tenancy deal, and following up. I would highly recommend them for your rental needs.

We have mostly dealt with Molly at the office who has been very professional, helpful, approachable and quick to respond to all of our enquiries. They seem to have a customer focused ethos within the company. Despite the last minute nature of letting our property, they did everything to ensure it was ready to go without us as the owners being there to sort it all out. We feel confident that we can call on them with any future queries/requests and our property is in very safe hands.

Nerys Rodgers, 28 Feb 2021

We were very pleased with the response that we got from Bradley and Michael. We had contacted several agents in Ealing in the search for a home but Bradley was one of the few that responded and listened to our requests and specific requirements, eventually finding a place within our budget and requirements. We were in frequent contact with both Michael and Bradley and they helped smooth over negotiations. The extra effort was greatly appreciated.

I have been a customer of Dexters for some 15 years and Michael Varilone has handled my business for many of those years - he is extraordinarily conscientious, helpful and a great communicator. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he has a lovely way about him at all times. I highly recommend him and the company.

Our experience with Dexters Ealing was very positive. After looking for suitable flats for several weeks with other agencies, once we contacted Dexters it just took us a few days to find exactly what we were looking for. In particular, Anthony was highly responsive and professional throughout the whole process, showed us several flats within the same day and accelerated substantially the paperwork. Highly recommended!

Couldn't say enough nice things about Zayna and the rest of the team - prompt, responsive and always adaptable whilst being friendly and listening to your needs. I would definitely recommend Dexter's for selling your property. Marc and the whole team at the Ealing office were very helpful and professional. Alley and Pam were extremely diligent, offered good advice and continually followed up to make sure the sale progressed smoothly. They always made themselves available and kept me well informed every step of the way.

Ealing Dexters once again provided great service to recently let our house in Ealing Common. We were surprised at the number of viewings they managed to arrange and achieved multiple offers, which was remarkable in the middle of a pandemic. Throughout the process Dexters acted professionally and provided regular updates, eventually advising us which applicants to go with. We only had a short void period of one week which we were delighted with. Dexters arranged, at short notice, cleaning and check in services. Jimmy also recommended contractors to us. Special thanks to both to Michael, Jimmy, Camellia & Carly who were our main points of contacts.

I am highly pleased with the service provided by Mark Peppin. From the first contact and viewing to the contracts exchange, he made sure we understand the process of buying a property. Still, he was also guiding us every step of the way to ask the right questions to our solicitors and other parties involved in the transaction. We successfully exchange, and we are looking forward to moving to our new house. Excellent service; thank you, Mark and the team at Hamptons.

I would like to extoll the excellent support of Hamptons in their services of renting my property, particularly the efforts of Ms. Samantha Hunt. She is very professional, helpful, truly interested in the smooth running of the rental process, always accessible and understanding of my doubts. She has ALWAYS been there when I needed, and I am VERY THANKFUL to her for that. She is an EXCELLENT manager, and a true asset to Hamptons.

I can highly recommend working with Hamptons Estate Agents. From the first contact, to the viewing and signature my experience has been amazing. The property was exactly as advertised and I was lucky to be working with the Agent Miki K. who went above and beyond from day 1. He arranged the viewing right after I requested it and he navigated the whole process with ease and in a very professional way. It was very easy and transparent for me as well as the landlady and I'm looking forward to live in a property that is managed by Hamptons.

Big thank you to Robert and Max for making our move-in date as soon as possible - less than 3 weeks from first viewing to move-in (a personal record if nothing else)! Max was really informative during viewings and allowed us to take our time to check it out thoroughly and flexible to find a time that suited us. Oh Goodlord provides a really straightforward portal for tenant checks (references etc), deposit and signing tenancy contract. Robert kept everything moving as quickly as possible so that we could move in on our desired date. Would happily rent through Townends again, most professional service I've had in over 10 years of renting.

We sold our property through the Pitshanger Lane branch of Northfields. From the initial home visit to exchange of contracts we have had exceptional service, especially from Leah Verasammy, whose knowledge, experience and attention to detail is exemplary. We were kept fully informed of developments through the process. Leah was professional, courteous and really listened to us as the client. She went that extra mile to ensure that everything proceeded as smoothly as possible. Thank you Leah and thank you Northfields.

James Lawrence, 06 May 2021

Leah was the most professional agent I had the pleasure of dealing with. If you are selling I would certainly want her acting on my behalf and if you are buying Leah will certainly help you find the perfect home. I have had the pleasure of both sides of this equation.

Heather Davis was our sales negotiator. She is highly professional and very responsive. The property we were buying was in a chain. Heather literally kept on top of things to make sure that everything goes smoothly. She gave us constant updates which put our minds at ease. She is super kind and doesnt push a sale. She is a sales negotiator with empathy. It is so hard to find professionals like her. We also had an opportunity to work with Leah and Jason. They both were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Selling a property was always going to be stressful but with help and guidance of Heather at Northfields Pitshanger branch our sale went through very smoothly. Our property was on market very quickly and had many viewings within the first week. Heather, who was dealing with our sale, is an excellent communicator and always kept us informed of progress at every stage. Always quick to respond and address any issues. We are grateful to her commitment both to buyer and us which ensured we completed without any issues. Also many thanks to Jason for his invaluable local knowledge and advise.

I recently purchased a property listed with Northfields (Pitshanger), and the firm has been a delight to deal with. I had the pleasure of having Heather Davis be the point of contact throughout the process providing the most professional and commendable experience. Heather was highly responsive, efficient, and made sure all parties involved were kept up-to-date with developments. Overall, a delight to engage with in what would otherwise be deemed a stressful house buying experience!

One of best experiences with an estate agent to date. Recently became a tenant in one of their properties in Ealing/Brentford. Katy was extremely professional, understanding of what I was looking for, lovely and not pushy at all (which I had with another estate agent) This made the whole thing very stress free from start to finish. Importantly, in what are difficult times for people I didn't feel I was being played off against other tenants or being encouraged to make offers in a bidding war to over inflate the price when the market had dropped a bit. I could genuinely tell they were trying to get the right tenant in the property to suit both parties. Thank you Katy for all your help I'm really happy here.

We highly recommend using Homesearch and cannot say enough great things about the service we received. After wasting 12 weeks of our time with another estate agent, we approached Homesearch and from day 1 they did exactly what they said they would do and have been consistent throughout. We dealt with Michael, Andrew and Sarah. We can honestly say that they were always responsive and friendly, and Michael in particular went way above and way beyond his role to not only sell our place within 3 days but also when our chain was delaying and we needed help and advice, he would always take our calls and help out wherever possible. Unlike other agencies, we really felt that Homesearch genuinely cared and they alleviated much of the stress during this whole process. We have only ever found the staff helpful, friendly and professional. We have already recommended Homesearch to our friends and family and would not hesitate to use their services again. A HUGE THANK YOU to the whole team for all the hard work and an extra special THANK YOU to Michael.

do not recommend buying a house through them - rude and very unhelpful (especially branch manager) when we had issues with our help to buy application all the staff kept shifting the responsibility onto others, including the manager who told us she had nothing to do with it. we had to solve the issue ourselves after 4 failed applications at the fault of Barnard Marcus, which took 2 months to do. The same happened when we had issues with the solicitors which they recommended themselves! they're only helpful and responsive at the start until you've reserved ruined what should have been a happy time for us

Following a viewing of the one bedroom flat in West Acton, I wanted to say that it was pleasure to meet your colleague George Duncan, who showed me the flat. In addition to his knowledge of the flat and the local area George is punctual, patient, very polite and has a lovely disposition. I believe that these traits will propel his career forward. George really went beyond my expectation and had shown me another two flats in the area so that I could have a good comparison.

We had a very positive experience with Barnard Marcus in Ealing. From the first contact for the valuation of our property, they have been professional, punctual and provided excellent and timely communication. We re-listed our property with Barnard Marcus after having had a bad experience with another agent and we dearly regretted not having chosen them to begin with. They generated more viewings and secured an offer very quickly. They also provided great care-taking services after we accepted the offer and did their absolute best to take the sale to completion. We would definitely recommend Barnard Marcus and would use them again. A special 'thank you' to Kelly, you were an absolute star!

Avoid this company!!! They took me to the wrong property. After enquiring to the manager about why this happened he said that the property had already been taken over a week ago, but booked me in to see a completely different flat that was nothing like the other one. Complete waste of time. Update: Well Joshua it's a good thing I have kept the emails proving I have used your services (see photo), perhaps if you spent more time working out how to run a good company instead of trying to hide the disgusting and fraudulent way you do business and treat your customers, you might not have to lie about being a good company.

Moving to London has been far less stressful than I had initially anticipated, as the staff at Helliwell & Co (most notably Anna) have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We used Helliwells to sell our property, and were extremely impressed with the service received. Joshua Helliwell handled the sale and was enthusiastic, committed and professional at all times. Helliwells commissioned a high quality virtual tour of our property, which in these Covid times, protected all parties and meant that only serious purchasers would come to view. Ours was a joint agency instruction but Helliwells were far more pro-active than the other agent, evidenced by the extensive number of serious buyers they introduced, (compared to only a couple from the others). They are proudly local and independent and know their market inside out, we would highly recommend.

We bought our house with Russell Collins in 2001, and have just sold it through them 20 years later. We have also observed their reputation grow via multiple neighbours using, and praising, their services over the years. Without doubt, they are a class above any other agent we have ever dealt with, having an unrivalled knowledge of the South Ealing area in particular. Ray Upcraft in particular has a unique level of integrity, honesty and experience that has clearly rubbed off on the rest of the team too. We have seen how he always gives an honest and (what usually proves to be) accurate valuation, compared to rival agents who over inflate just to get the business (and then end up reducing the price). We cannot recommend Russell Collins highly enough and will confidently use them in the future without hesitation.

Richard Wade, 09 Jun 2021

I highly recommend Ray Upcraft from Russell Collins. I have bought a house through Ray and I have also sold a house through Ray (from abroad) and I couldn't speak more highly about him. Ray is an expert in his field and helped guide me through every step of my sale, including buying the Freehold. Given I was living abroad for the sale, Ray had to go above and beyond with regards arranging house for viewings etc and he kept me looped in through the whole process. He is extremely responsive, trust worthy and has a great manner with Clients. I'm delighted with my experience and I wouldn't hesitate in given Russell Collins 5 stars thanks to Ray.

Russell Collins have been dealing with the sale of my deceased mother’s house for me, and having had a fair share of experiences of buying and selling homes over the last fifty years I can say that they are a very competent agency. I dealt with Ray, and was impressed with his sound assessment and approach to marketing what was on the face of it a tricky property. No hesitation in giving them a five star rating.

Ray and the team assisted us with selling our flat and finding our new home in the South Ealing area. We felt Russell Collins were very professional and flexible, and we would highly recommend them when buying or selling your property. Ray have an honest and realistic understanding of the market in this area. He is very straightforward, and all of the nonsense you may get with other agencies is put aside, which is a breath of fresh air. Our flat took a little while to sell, but Ray was always on it, patient, supportive and only a phone call away. We highly recommend Russell Collins! Chris & Marinha

I bought and sold our Ealing flat through Sinton Andrews. In both instances, the team at Sinton, in particular Phil Sutcliffe, were great to work with and very professional. Their positive approach helped make the process of moving relatively stress free, even during a pandemic, and were on hand to quickly manage any issues that came up. Phil is probably the best agent I've dealt with over the years, and I really can't recommend Phil and Sinton Andrews more.

I had business with Sinton Andrews for over 4 years since I rented a flat in Ealing managed by them. Apart from the fact I was delighted to deal with lovely landlords (which is rare), the flat was pretty good but I have to say one of the main reasons why I stayed within the flat for this long was the service provided by SA. The entire organization seemed to be great, from the team who managed the contract to the property manager (Alan Clark) who directly managed the flat. Along 4 years we had natural hiccups due to normal plumbing, doors, oven issues etc. and even during pick pandemic times they were extremely responsive, professional and solved all problems. I absolutely recommend Sinton Andrews and I might ask for their support again soon for renting / sale purposes.

I was fortunate enough to buy our lovely Edwardian house via Mo Tarratt at the Ealing Broadway office. From first contact we realised we were dealing with an absolute professional. Mo was spot on with his matching, he knew and understood what we were looking for and why, and sure enough the second or third house we viewed with him was the one, we submitted an offer the afternoon of the viewing which was accepted the same day and four months later, the week before Christmas, we were in! The process was smooth, contact was kept, Mo’s estimates of anticipated work transpired to be very accurate and showed his knowledge. Despite a last minute situation with our buyer on exchange day which threatened the whole process, Mo remained patient, calm and most importantly demonstrated the same high level of integrity he had shown throughout the process and I am so grateful to him for this. We moved in to flowers and a card from him, and follow up contact. We love the house, the previous owners were very thoughtful to us and Mo Tarratt is a real gentleman, we found him to be outstanding in his field. Thank you Mo.

Sometimes a good service is not about doing something extraordinary. It's about getting the basics right. Having worked with different agencies during move-ins in the past, I can certainly say that Benham And Reeves have been the best to work with. Easy, approachable, responsive and have been a delight to work with. Never has been a move-in this easy and seamless. Big thanks to them.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Very responsive via email, responding to all queries and making further enquiries to ensure all questions are answered. I was hesitant about using an agent but Benham Reeves are exceptional and very professional.

The team here is brilliant. They've created exceptional relationships with the Dickens Yard residents and administration. They're incredibly fair. Nick is an excellent head of branch and Claire is just a lovely lady! Ignore the one star reviewers - they don't actually live in the complex/area! They were pivotal in supporting us against a nightmare social housing neighbour.

I had viewing for a house last week, first I had the viewing for less than 5 minutes because 2 couples were waiting and 2 couples left so no respect to give you time to check the house, second I said to the agent that I will take the house he said he will sent me a format at 7 I have been waiting until the day after I called them and the agent said that you will receive within the next half an hour and I received after 7 hours or more with lack of communication, I sent the holding deposit and still no communication after the agent sent me that the landlord didn’t accept my moving dates I asked him when is the latest date the landlord can accept he didn’t answer for 2 days and after refund my deposit without any answer. So unprofessional and lack of communication. Avoid

I have dealt with many staffs at Colin Bibra Ealing from head of office, senior and regular property manager. First and foremost, please, voice record any conversation you have with these people under consent because they lie as they breathe. For landlords, including the head of the ealing office and senior property managers, staffs in the office significantly lack legal knowledges around housing act and tenants' rights. Colin Bibra will not be the one summoned to the court, you will be. They violate basic housing laws and council's advice on behalf of you, of course without communicating with you. Also, be prepared to be charged for their unprofessional work such as absurd mistakes, such as failure to put deposit in deposit scheme on time, having to re-write contract because of outdated clauses, wrong names, wrong date on legal documents and many more. Again, these are not mistakes by Joe, a trainee property manager. The entire team lacks basic legal knowledge and is absurdly careless, which brings extra managing costs. It will be an absolute mistake to let these people handle your property unless your main goal here is to feed undereducated people. If you want to reduce absurd managing fees and do not have intention to ruin young people's life in your area, please do not work with them. I mean, your kids will grow one day and will become a tenant too. For potential tenants, let's be straightforward here. No agencies will treat you like how you would like to be treated because letting agency works for landlords, not for tenants. Keeping this in mind, the treatment you will receive from these staffs is not unkind or insensitive. It is beyond that. It will be illegal and inhuman. By far, this experience has been the worst human interaction I had to do in my entire life. I understand that the property you have in mind, managed by Colin Bibra, looks great and you feel like you can do anything to sign the contract and live in it. Please reconsider. The dispute I had to go through with this agency ruined my mental health, physical health, job and finance. Though not easy, which is perfectly understandable, please take a little more time and find another letting agency to work with. It took me a very long time to come to write this as this experience was quite traumatic. yet, I do think this review will save a few souls from this foreseeable nightmare. The place I rent had serious problems which were physical threats for normal life, stated by law. i.e no cold water so you burn your skin unless you can take shower less than 2 mins. However, believe me on this one, you will not have anyone to ask for solid help to 'sort it out' because the council and the law will not able to save you unless you hire a lawyer, which will cost you a lot more money than your monthly rent. Therefore, please skip this one. If you have to, absolutely have to work with them, please voice record every conversation you have with them and have a decent lawyer, citizens advice bureau at least if you are a tenant, near you. Good luck. Staffs at Colin Bibra, if you ever read this, please reconsider moral values and mission of your business and work you do. Because current state of your business is nothing more than a social harm to Ealing Borough. Response to John Bishop, you and your team refused to resolve this when it was ongoing many times already. To be precise, your team failed to serve legal documents multiple times - wrong name & dates, failed to put tenants' deposit in deposit scheme and still threatened tenants with not returning the deposit, refused to share landlord's contact nor email, failed to fix severe hazards of category 1& 2 by HHSRS, failed to provide EPC, 'How to Rent', Safety certificate and also tried to charge tenants with never-existed inventory list and more. Also, my intention is not about helping your business to improve rather to warn young professionals to avoid under-qualified service. Last but not least, yourself and your team showed contempt to tenants in every communication. It is a shame.

I walk passed this agency daily and I am shocked to see how they constantly disregard COVID measures. I’ve seen people sitting at their front table clearly not social distancing. What about the 2 meter rule? It’s 2 inches in their minds. In this time of a pandemic, I am utterly disappointed that they do not follow protocols and put themselves, others and the community at risk. Avoid if you want to stay safe. Shame on you, Colin Bibra.

This is a bad agency acting in bad faith: they tell us lies and lies. They manage a flat at 1 Elton Lodge that we rented. When we moved in, there was no mould because it was the summer and the weather was hot. But when it began to rain in the autumn, a lot of mould started to pop up on the walls of the living room. The agency told us it was our fault!! But in fact it was a matter of poor insulation never fixed by the landlord. And one cupboard has a water tank made of asbestos!!! Unsafe and unhealthy as a flat for rent.

Excellent service and attention to detail. I was warned to go private as agents don’t have your interests as heart. Hunters Ealing is totally different and I will Always recommend them. Reena was wonderful, the whole process moved very quickly & through their partners, I had my internet set up on day of moving in, insurance & gas/electric all sorted with minimal fuss at the best prices. 5 star all the way, thank you Reena and team, highly recommended.

Our experience with Hunters is extremely positive. We were followed step by step from the very beginning and Nicola, Sales and Letting Administrator, has always been very reliable and available to answer all my countless questions, since we were very clueless on how to deal with a flat (thank you so much Nicola!). The process went very smoothly and any issue we had was fixed within maximum a couple of days. A special thank also to Steven, Branch Manager. Definitely an agency I recommend to all my friends.

As first time buyers the whole process felt pretty daunting and overwhelming, that was until we met Steve. From then on we received such a professional and personal service, which re-assured us every step of the way, especially through something as extreme as purchasing a house amidst a global pandemic. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for everything Steve & the team at Hunters did for us!

After being told a month in advance that we had been accepted as tenants and paying the holding deposit and referencing fees, we were then told two weeks prior to our move in date that it was no longer available without any reason and we would not be getting our reference fee back. STRONGLY advise against Redac Strattons!

Anfernee Alli, 16 Jan 2019

Estate agent didn’t check whether or not sharers were allowed and happily took our references (which we had to pay for). We found out weeks before we were meant to move that we weren’t going to be able to get in and were also unable to get our referencing fee back (this amounted to £240)

We had a great experience with Redac Strattons. They were honest and extremely professional (assessed primarily working with Junko but other interactions at their office was very positive as well). Cannot believe the ratings. Junko made an effort to understand what we were looking for and was in no hurry to sell the immediate product she had but waited for what would work best for us. Eight months down the line we couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Great service. Very friendly staff who promptly answers your doubts and suggests alternatives when the places you were looking at become unavailable.
