We recently purchased our home through Madison Brook and Becky was our agent. We are very happy with the level of commitment Becky has shown in this process throughout. Our purchase had a roller coaster ride because of the lender but she did her best to support us. Whenever we needed her, she was just a call away. Without her impeccable service, this sale would not have been possible. She is dedicated, highly professional and always ready to help with a smiling face. She addressed all the issues immediately, constantly followed with the solicitor. Her manager Adam had also been very supportive. We will definitely recommend her and her company to anyone.

We recently purchased a flat through Madison Brook International and were looked after exceptionally well by Becky Lucas. She was highly professional, pro-active and knowledgeable. She also managed the solicitors for both parties exceptionally well. Any issues or questions were addressed immediately and actively followed through to ensure speedy resolution. This level of commitment was outstanding, going way beyond what we would have expected. It is in no small measure that it was down to her efforts that this sale/purchase was achieved. Madison Brook has provided good service since I got in touch initially. People are nice, professional, friendly , more importantly they get things turned around really swiftly. I am impressed with their online platform which provides updates of progress in real time. It has been a good start, we are not 100% there yet but I have full confidence on the team. A big thumbs up so far ! I hope I have more properties , so that I can work with them more !

Fast and effective service. We had locked our keys in our house over the Xmas period without being able to get them back. Keeley was on annual leave but was super responsive and arranged a solution for us to meet with Ryan to gain access again. Couldn’t recommend their service enough, great team.

Cannot recommend enough. Dealt with George and Simon, both extremely lovely. George did the viewing and was very nice and welcoming, answered all of our many questions about the property. Responded to emails quickly and was so helpful. Simon was also very nice, on our moving in day he welcomed us and thanked us again for picking the property. Was very kind and made us all feel very welcome.

We had conversation with Jack Singh over phone and he made our life easy with video viewing to rent the property. He was patient to listen to our requirement and suggest us the best house that suits our needs. Though we had to cancel our initial house due to covid, Jack constantly checked our status and updated landlord. He also made sure we never lose anything due to this pandemic. I must admit that the Strawberry Star Royal Docks is the best agency that I have ever dealt with. They are very professional and genuinely care about their residents well-being and provide an excellent service in order to ensure their residents are satisfied. "The slightly" longer story" Now I just read Will's post and of course I cannot comment but I have had a completely different experience. Let's start at the beginning though. I was looking for a job in the UK and had absolutely no idea about flats, estate agents and how to go about this. Having been to the usual websites I thought I had found something and contacted Strawberry star. This is where it gets special because Jack picked up the phone and we spoke about one or two properties that I liked, the ideas I had and what was possible for me to actually do in this shark pool "London" where properties turn quicker than the weather. Jack realized that I was a bit helpless but full of energy to get this thing done and the fact that we had exactly one week to get this whole thing working didn't exactly help me. But as you will probably notice there was the "JACK FACTOR". The guy is absolutely nothing short of amazing. He went through my budget, my work contract and said: Look Chris! This makes more sense! Take a look at it. He sent me council tax rates, all sorts of information which came in very handy and "educated" me and due to the fact that all transactions had to be done from the continent, I wasn't exactly the "easiest" client in the first place. So he always had an eye on things to make sure I felt safe and sure about this. Jack goes even further: He sets you up so you are able to survive in this completely new environment where you have enough challenges getting your feet on the ground and adapting to the pace of this city. He also called and responded to me at hours where you would never expect it. It actually felt like he was taking this really personal. If you are taking "the big step" moving to London, have Jack on your team. It is the only thing I can tell you because without this extraordinary help, I would have been lost. I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.

Having had a number of experiences with property agents, I can confidently say that Domeview Properties is the blueprint for great service that other agencies could very much learn from. As a tenant whose property was managed by them for the last 4 years I can only speak of how highly they always communicated and actioned the requests with speed. A lot of this in down to Edward, who was always on hand to help and provide support whenever we had any issues. He is undoubtedly an exceptional professional and one who takes great pride in his work which is evident to see. The agency might not be a familiar name on the high street , but that’s what sets them apart and I very much will miss their genuine and caring service. We couldn’t have wished for a better agent - Edward and team have taken spectacular care of us over five (!!) years in our home in Dalston. We’d both had lots of experiences with agents prior to Domeview and it’s safe to say these guys exceeded all of our expectations. I largely due to Edward that we stayed as long as we did, and we are heartbroken to be parting ways. If we ever let out our own property, we’ll 100% use them, and refer them to all London renters out there!!! Thank you for everything.

In short: 10/10. From day one to the end of a 5+ year tenancy we can only say positive things. We heard horror stories about agencies in London and we did not expect much but Domeview Properties was flawless. All emails and requests were dealt with in a timely manner and they went above and beyond.

WORST AGENCY THAT YOU CAN RENT FROM, DONT TRUST THEM. IF YOU ARE RENTING YOU WILL NEVER GET REPAIRS DONE. FOR 9 MOUNTS AM WAITING FOR MY OUTSIDE DOOR TO BE REPAIRED AND THE 2 WINDOWS TO BE REPAIRED. NEVER TRUST THEM. TRY TO AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

We found a 1 bed flat in West Kensington with that company (!?) With Ben (an agent), we paid 1 week of deposit to have the flat and stop it and then he said for one week I have to send you the references forms and 3 days before the move in date they said the landlord wants to get in his nephews (but that means that they found somebody that's paying more). Never trust in them.

Rented a flat with them for 3 years. Very reactive when there is an issue, sending professionals to fix it within hours. No issue with getting back our deposit. Very transparent and honest, not like most letting agencies in London. I recommend.
