She really got to know what I wanted from my home and found really excellent options for me - and even went the extra mile of messaging me with good wishes on my moving in date which was really nice. I really felt there was a personal touch!

Ive moved about 4 times since I have moved to London and I must say, this the best agent I have work with. They are fast, responsive and never made us feel pressured. Our agent Lauren Wood was really great, and very professional. The whole move process was coordinated efficiently. And even after we found our place, we found the admin support also very helpful too and never put us under any pressure. We need more agencies to be like this.

As a landlord of a nice little property portfolio in Greenwich my family and I find it essential that we get only executive and quality tenants - since using I Am The Agent we have NEVER had a single issue with anything and I sincerely mean that. The service is scams to none and they are extremely professional down to every single detail. If you have forked out thousands why would you want to jeopardise it but getting tenants that haven’t been checked properly or the paperwork in place etc. This applies not only to the landlord but the Tennant too going through a professional company like is literally like using a blue chip operator. Best in the business bar none.

We have just gone under offer, after just a few days on Right Move, by selling our flat with I Am The Agent, and will never use a high street estate agent again. Saving so much on fees is of course the biggest incentive, but also being fully in control of the process, while also receiving support from the fantastic I Am The Agent team, has meant the whole process has been totally streamlined. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all costs. Worst Lettings agent I have ever encountered. An example of a charge when the tenancy ended was 60 pounds for a lightbulb replacement - this is just the tip of the iceberg. Do not risk it!
