Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Taylor has been fantastic throughout the sale process of our flat. He has great knowledge of the Camberwell market and kept the process moving from start to finish. When matters got a little tricky he kept the pressure on all parties and we couldn’t have got through it without his quick responsiveness and professionalism. I would 100% recommend Acorn.

The team at Acorn made what could of been a very stressful time a lot easier than I expected. They were able to provide recommendations for all aspects of the home buying process, from solicitors to surveyors, all of whom exceeded expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking to by in the area. Luke and the team kept me informed throughout the entire process which really helped things move along swiftly.

We rented our flat via Acorn and due to current circumstances had to close the deal rather quickly. James Hoadley and his team took care of us and immediately we knew and felt that we were in good and safe hands. They dealt with all aspects of the rent in a professional, attentive and quick manner. They always provided clear instructions and promptly replied to any queries that we have raised. Can't ask for more really from your agents, so highly recommended and truly deserved 5 stars.

My partner recently sold her flat through Acorn Estate Agents in Camberwell. Luke, our sales agent was extremely helpful and easy to get hold of. He helped us through a very difficult sale due to issues with conveyancers and without his prompt responses this would have been even more stressful. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!!!!!!!

We are so grateful to have purchased our new home via Acorn. Luke from the team really went above and beyond to help us out, gather information, keep us in the loop and move proceedings along as swiftly as possible. We feel extremely well taken care of and the experience of buying our first property would have been very different without him. Thank you Luke and thank you Acorn. India & George

I enjoyed the professional support of the Hunters Team, Camberwell in managing the sale of my property. Good advise to organise and shorten the process. Many thanks, M

I only have positive things to say about my experience of buying my first flat - from the initial viewing to completion Alex A could answer technical questions about the property, on the purchasing process, on what was required for completion. His customer care has been first rate. I happily recommend Alex and Hunters and will use them for any future transactions.

I just bought my first flat and Hunters were a great help, particularly during the pandemic restrictions. Darren was very responsive and reassuring given that I had millions of questions. He made sure to call regularly to keep me up to date with the vendor's activity. Great service overall, would definitely recommend Hunters!

Hunters have been exceptional in their handling of the sale of our London flat. They have throughout been helpful, proactive, reliable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and their professional advice inspired confidence and trust. Not only did they find a very suitable buyer, importantly they continued to monitor the legal process through to exchange and completion.

Hunters in Camberwell do a fantastic job at managing my property, from renewal to repairs. They are good value and professional. John and Guerschom consistently go over and above to make sure everything runs smoothly.

How can you book a viewing with somebody and not turn up? What makes it more frustrating is that I had called enough times to chase up information only to be told that " they don't have access to bookings, times or when the representative will be coming". I had booked a viewing for 10am and its pouring down with rain, nobody turned up only to be told " The person is round the corner" how?? Absolutely abysmal and poor. To rub salt into the wound I was also told that if the representative had not come then I should go home and rearrange.. I also have a life and kids that I also need to plan for. Suggestion.. please stick to your agreed time, have more people to answer the phone in the lettings department and send messages closer to the time of viewing so everyone is on the same page. It's a big shame as I actually had my deposit ready to put down today if all went well, I'll be looking elsewhere. Very poor service.

Im so glad we came across FNW. We've instructed a number of high end estate agents since 2018 for the sale of our property with so much disappoint and no luck. We finally got a sale on our property in less than 2 months. James was very honest on the get go and gave us alot of feedback and information. He didnt sugar coat anything or get our hope's up, we appreciate his honesty. James and his team were very responsive. We had a number of views, even on weekends and late in the evenings.  They always provided us with feedback which alot of other agents didnt do. Susie from sales progression was very helpful worked really hard to keep things moving and provided us with regular updates on the progress of our sale. Out of all the agents, James and Susie worked harder than any other agent to get our sale through. We’re so happy after nearly 2 years trying with other agents that we can move on with our lives Would 100% recommend them as they are the hardest working agents we’ve come across to all my friends and family and will definitely consider them in the future.

Used this company when searching for a property. Easy to use form was sent to me to provide further details about my search, and after this the agents were very attentive and communicative. Very professional and easy to use service. Only downside would be that the house viewing is conducted by a "viewer" and not an agent, therefore she did not know all the answers e.g. regarding security deposit etc. However, the viewer was very friendly and, it was very easy to contact the agent after to ask our remaining questions. After our viewing, Olivia also reached out multiple times to check on us and our search which was very helpful and professional. Would use this service again.

From the onset we felt that we were going to get a rounded approach from James and the team at Fish Need Water in order to get a successful sale of our property. We took the option of doing our own viewings, it was cheaper and gave us the option to talk to buyers about what it was like to like there. The process was well supported by Fish Need Water with plenty of viewings, advance notice of who was coming round to do the viewing, good feedback after the viewing etc. The price negotiations were done strictly via James as agreed at the onset of the selling process. The after sales process was well managed via Lorraine who was excellent at communicating calmly with all sides to keep things moving , especially when things got a bit fraught.

I used FishNeedWater in October 2020 for a purchase, and hands down one of the better agents out there. James and his colleague Lorraine have been really great to work with, they've been very efficient and even when problems presented with other parts of the chain, they helped move things along. Felt thoroughly supported and always in the loop and could approach them for genuine advice. Really grateful for all their help and support :). A wonderful team!

Moving into the rented property was fine, however moving out is where I have issues with Eaton Green. With moving into the property, I quickly found that there was major noise issues. After a few months I couldn't deal with the noise any longer so I gave my notice to leave the property. Eaton Green advised me as I had yet to reach the point of contract break clause, they would be taking any rent due for the remainder of the contract from the deposit, although I understand there is a contract in place, Lana at Eaton Green were very dismissive and showed me no interest in assisting with the issue. The flat should never be rented to me and needs serious insulation. I am now in serious financial hardship and anxiety issues due to the stress I was under in the property and having to move out. I will not forget Eaton Green/Landlord for the situation I am now in. If your looking to deal with reasonable estate agents, this is not the place.

I've been dealing with Kristian upon applying for a property and I found him to be extremely helpful in helping me find the right property. He always aims to provide prompt responses and strives to answer any questions or concerns we had. Strongly recommend!

We have worked with Eaton Green for several years and Lana is definitely an exceptional Property Manager ad asset to the company. The Team is filled with great and professional people and I would recommend.

Harry and Lana were both a big help during the whole process! Always replied quickly and made the process as professional and painless as possible, especially given the current circumstances!

Lana has been especially great helping to make sure move happened even during a very difficult time (just prior to advise being to not move house due to pandemic). She's been so far very supportive and fantastic to deal with even working from home. The one bug bear is that the property had not had a professional clean prior to my move in however again due to the circumstances this was not too detrimental to the move in! Many thanks to Lana, Harry and the team.

I came to this company as a first year university student, looking to rent in London for the first time with five other people. We were all reassured time and time again that the contract had a 'Six month get out clause'- that we were bound to the flat for six months and after could give one months notice to leave as most of us could not afford to stay 12 months in the flat. We were assured in person at the viewing, over the phone and also in the office as we signed the papers. I know for a fact the contract that I signed (that my Dad read over) mentioned this 'get out clause' as I remember pointing to it and confirming it with the agent. However, the contract that was handed back to me, that I left First Choice Estate Agents with had no mention of the get out clause. We were flat out lied to, tied to the contract for 12 months. after confronting the company it was waved off as a 'misunderstanding' and there were many excuses given. After all the facts were laid out, they admitted "It seemed like there had been a mistake". and even had the Audacity to ask me to change my google review as I had left them one star with no explanation, so I thought I would expand on the situation in a very clear way. There was no mistake, they just took complete advantage of students. Luckily for our case we have an understanding landlord and were able to come to an agreement. Although in another case someone could be tied into something they couldn't afford so I'm posting this review in hope nobody else falls into the same trap.

So far I have had a great experience with these guys! Dominic and Darren were communicative, efficient, and very kind. They explained everything to me perfectly and just had a fantastic level of service. They followed up with me and really guided me through my first lettings experience. Many thanks to them!
