We assigned Harvey Residential as our Property Manager. Over a 6 month period, they weren't able to arrange a single viewing. They were extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. I would not recommend using them.

I tried to reach them on the phone, left messages, filled their online form twice asking that somebody gets back to me. Zero success :( What is the point of advertising properties if you can't be reached and asking to fill forms if you won't get back to potential customers. It's very frustrating.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was kept updated all the time by telephone and e-mail, my calls were always answered or returned and I was very happy with the professionalism of Harvey Residential. I've already returned regarding another matter and I am sure I will receive the same reliable service I received before.

This was our first home purchase, which can be difficult to navigate, add to this the challenge of competing with buyers who make it their business to beat out others at seemingly any cost, we were stressed to say the least. For us to have any chance in this market, we needed a trusting and optimistic agent who is tenacious, tough, knowledgeable, and exhibits great finesse Harvey Residential encompasses all of these traits. I was really excited wanting to purchase my first home when my mom's friend introduced me to David and the Harvey Residential team. They were really supportive and made me really comfortable and made sure the transaction goes smooth and easily. I was really impressed the way they handled through loans, inspections and renovations. David and his team was there for me throughout the whole process even when I was on vacation they were there. So glad that I picked them I really just wanna say thank you for everything.. super nice and super cool.. I'll be surely will call them again.

Extremely unprofessional agency, glad I don't have to deal with them any longer. Be careful that they hold your deposit and won't return it back to you easily - they should return it within 10 days but it took months, endless calls and complaints. Incompetent and dodgy.

I offered on a property but the landlord rejected my offer, happy to report that I got my holding deposit back in 24 hours as promised. Rhiannon did try her best to find me another property but I found one else where.

From the start, Kandice demonstrated impressive knowledge and confidence of the market, resulting in securing a satisfactory sale price. Throughout the legal process, Kandice was steady in her approach leading to a smooth exchange and completion. Gavin in the lettings department also secured an extremely strong rental tenancy on another of my properties, again where a big agent had failed to deliver. He negotiated with several prospective tenants in order to achieve the best result possible and was able to get the deal tied up within a week of taking the property on. Once again he demonstrated a professional and knowledgeable approach to the tenancy with quick and very satisfying results. Highly professional in approach and deliverance. Should it be Sales or Rentals, I would definitely instruct Bryan Estates to handle my portfolio in the future.

In searching for a rental apartment in Hackney I've met real estate agents from most of the major companies. I finally settled on an apartment through Savills after viewing a number of apartments with one of their agents, Anthony Casingena and am very happy with the outcome! Benyon estate agency uses Wild West methods. At the beginning of the first lockdown, my roommate decided to leave, so they asked me to do the same or pay the full rent. I was stuck there because of the situation and had to pay a rent far beyond my means for several months. Taking advantage of a global pandemic and making money on people's misfortune is nameless. Shame on you.

I have been living in a flat belonging to the Benyon Estate for two years and I love it. The flat is renovated to very high standard while keeping the charm of Victorian style houses. The team of the Benyon Estate is very helpful and attentive to any issue that could arise in the flat. The location is one of the very best in East London, very close to the centre but also to the most fun areas of London. The neighbourhood is very beautiful and there is a large sense of community, safety and nature!

I had a great experience renting from The Benyon Estate. All the staff were very friendly and responsive. If there was ever a maintenance issue, the team was quick to resolve.

We are a home appliance company based in London; for around 5 months, we were the designated home appliance contractor for Elisa. She was unable to clear a single invoice for approximately 2 months. A real review of a company is when you are dealing with the individuals running a company (individual, in this case), as opposed to just a 'Brand Name' When a situation favours her, she will be putting 100% of her effort, which is fantastic; but she lacks skills to be able to deal with situations, which do not favour her; something which every company should possess. She expects a premium service, but is unable to pay on time. Due to a final resort after months of chasing, we are unwilling to contact the courts, due to the small amount, and lack of time, we were to contact the tenants of a property where we installed a dishwasher; to explain Elisa's unprofessionalism, and remove the dishwasher. To avoid this, Elisa offered to clear the payment by 12/05, 3pm She has still not cleared her payment, which is embarrassing, for a company, who's single purpose is to balance tenants and contractors, on behalf of the landlord. I am sure you will read this, Elisa. If you need more time to pay, that is not an issue, but please be transparrent with us; we are very accomodating.

Gorgeous property, great facilities and lovely service! I have recently found my new rental property through the property club. I have dealt with Elisa and Pietro. The lady listened to my requirements and advise me on areas, prices and current market. Pietro showed me 4 apartments, which all were really good, but one in particular screamed home❤. Pietro was really genuine, polite and attentive. This is honestly the best experience I have had in London when renting a flat. Thank you!

We have recently come across The Property Club, through a friend. We have a couple properties which are tenanted and we needed several repairs done. We have dealt with Elisa, who sent us her builder/handyman to carry out some repairs. These guys are extremely responsive and professional, we had the smaller repairs sorted out within literally 24h. The job was done very well and their prices are very fair. highly recommend
