He has always been very responsive and helpful over the last few months. And that is much appreciated. So I would probably give Chris a 5 star rating and LiFE Residential potentially a 3 for past experiences and contentious moving out requirements (I would definitely like to challenge a couple).

Professional letting agency. Our agent was Matt, and he was great. Very helpful and always responding to messages. He guided us throughout the entire process of renting - from arranging viewings to the bidding to the contract approval process. They also manage their entire process digitally through a professional platform. Overall, a decent experience compared to other letting agencies...

I am one of the long term residents. If you one a private prison experience where you serve time and pay a premium for it look no further! This is a reasonable property managed by people who know best but don't know how. They always have an excuse for the lack of promised services doubled with fees that are illegal elsewhere. when signing up you will be asked to pay a membership fee which in it self is an admin fee Only sign up if you have no other option.

I've been a resident of the Collective for over a year and Gaven, who dealt with my initial enquiry, has been brilliant from start to finish. Gaven has been super responsive and helpful, and the same can be said for all the staff at the Collective. Sales, front desk, community leaders, maintenance and cleaning staff have all been a pleasure to deal with. This is truly hassle-free living with a community vibe - I have experienced it both before and during the pandemic and am so glad I chose to live here.

This place is just perfect. The interior design is impressive with immaculate attention to details. The concept is new, refreshing and vibrant. It was a smooth move in, Danielle was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Samuel guided me through the rest of the process and explained all the amazing events they have on. I’ve been here for a month now and everything is just perfect.

Having been here at the collective for 6 months already my partner and I couldn’t help but extend our contract for another 12 months! We’ve felt at home since the minute we arrived due to the warm hospitality from all the staff and members here. Gaven in particular from the sales team has really made the entire process a breeze for us regarding the admin side of things both when initially joining and when extending our contract. With restrictions being lifted over the next few weeks and all the amazing amenities in the building becoming more readily available, we can’t help but look forward to another year here at the collective Canary Wharf!

A 'modern village' style space and area. Useful for workspaces and events. Surprisingly no outdoor spaces, small studio spaces, too expensive for the size and total room offering, including location. Great staff - especially Gaven who showed us around - overall a nice place to stay in East London. Thank you.

I was looking to rent a property for the coming year plus and I was truly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Darnell McDonald at the Pan Peninsula office. I'd been looking at a few properties and letting agents elsewhere, but Darnell did everything he could to ensure that I had video tours of similar properties, putting forward offers in a timely manner and making the effort to ensure that I got the best deal that suited myself. I was initially rather hesitant to go for such a large firm, because I thought the service would be quite corporate, but this was really personal and very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this again and would consider using their letting agents again, for friendliness, availability of property, as well as the unique parking deal that they offer. DO NOT RENT FLAT 1, 27 MINORIES Hope I can prevent any future renters to move into this flat, rented out by Vanet. The building has an issue with its pipes, leading to the flat flooding with disgusting water, which led to mushrooms and a rodent infestation. Vanet is completely unresponsive, ignored us on multiple occasions and refuses to deal with the problem. We had to move out after 6 months, all the previous tenants also had to move out because of this. As icing on the cake, they're now making ridiculous claims to our deposit (literally >1,000£) based on the wrong inventory report. Most fraudulent, incompetent, renter-unfriendly agency I've dealt with in London. Avoid at all cost.

Completely unprofessional service and unwillingness to engage with tenants when there is a clear, documented issue with a new rental property. The number of agents owning different parts of the process means you are constantly passed onto somebody new who does not take responsibility. Instead of addressing issues, they prefer to claim that tenants are at fault, adopting a rude tone. For example, they claimed that a property with a blood stained sofa and filthy carpets had been cleaned to a professional standard before moving in and that it was still "liveable", despite photos proving otherwise. They also signed off on broken dining room furniture before moving in. Avoid properties listed with this agent if you can, a real nightmare to deal with.

Considering this covid situation my hot water situation at my home was resolved in 4-5 working days. So happy with their responsiveness and push to get it done despite current circumstances.

Unbelievable unprofessional company Email me with the requirement documents and that's it. No more answers or anything from them until I didn't found out that the property is gone. They even didn't border to tell me that. Avoid to any cost

Extremely unprofessional, can't even book a viewing properly, called me twice thinking I was 2 different people and then telling me there is no slots available to view the property, another colleague told me she will get her to phone me in 5 mins, 2 hours later ive phoned back and was told she didn't need to phone me back because I was unavailable. Can't imagine the problems I would have if I choose them as my landlord.

My partner called them to book an appointment for a viewing. After the call they sent a sms asking to reply with a sms to confirm, which he did. The day of the appointment nobody was there and once called they said they didn’t receive the sms... a total waste of time.

Called looking for a restaurant, staff was friendly and i really liked the way they advised me and offered me a various choise of businesses. Got the one i was looking for and booked appointment same day. Most of the agencies i called don't bother to explain if i have questions about some details of their properties unless i book appointment. Thank you for helping me out Dee 👌👏

Very rude and straight up discriminated against when enquired about a property which is located on the 2nd floor above my current address. My current is £300 more than the property up for rent. Never have I missed a rents payment or had any issue with my current landlord but due to receiving part UC as I’m a single parent and only working part time. Wasn’t even given a chance to discuss without being told no I wouldn’t be accepted for this property. Disgusting customer service and very unmannered. I have always worked full time until now and have deposit and 2 months rent upfront that I can pay but still I’m deemed not worthy enough for this property!

Nuisance agency. They have nothing available when you call to enquire about an ad they posted, and you hear nothing from them when you really need a property. Yet, many months later, and long after you’ve found a property elsewhere and settled in, they start calling you, asking if you’re looking for property!! They hold on to your details without your consent, despite you asking numerous times to please remove your details because you’re no longer looking for property! If I’d waited around for you guys in the first place, I’d have ended up on the street! And now that I’ve found somewhere many months ago and have now settled, you’re calling me asking if I need somewhere to live?! What a joke!!! Get lost, Pacific Estate. You’re nothing but a nuisance caller.

My experience with Pacific Estate has very fruitful. Not only was I impressed, i found the staff to be very helpful both in person and over the phone. They were much more personal and always got back to me within the same day or the nest day by latest. They also arranged a viewing in advanced and when i moved forward to renting the place, they made the transition as smooth as possible.The property was professionally clean , fully furnished and i couldn't have asked for anything more than that.I am very happy with my decision and have the peace of mind that i have chosen a professional agency
