He suggested the flat to us before it went public, so we wouldn't have found it without his help. Although he wasn't directly representing us, I would have liked him to be my estate agent. Hardworking, and an all-round good guy.

I had a great experience working with Billy who helped me find my new apartment. He took the time to understand my requirements and aspirations and showed me a number of properties till I found the right fit. He did not ‘push’ properties like most agents do instead he was keen on making sure that I felt comfortable and happy with the properties. He was very responsive and flexible with my schedule. I highly recommend working with Billy! He is superb :)

RENTERS BEWARE - We moved into our flat approximately 10 months ago with an agreement that we would stay for a fixed term of one year which would then transition into a periodic rolling contract. We were contacted twice ahead of the expiry of the fixed term with a proposal to renew, which we declined in favour of the pre-agreed rolling contract. Without warning or explanation an employee of Martyn Gerrard delivered a section 21 "no fault" eviction notice for us to leave the flat. To make matters worse, the eviction date is the same date as when my partner is expected to give birth to our first child. It would appear that Martyn Gerrard does not have any regard for the welfare of their customers if they believe that they can profit or take advantage of you in anyway. UPDATE - Martyn Gerrard contacted us 10 days after serving the eviction with another "offer" (threat) to withdraw the eviction and to extend the lease. It appears that lease renewal is an income stream for MG which enables them to charge additional fees to landlords (they have a renewal consultant employed to do this). If the tenant does not agree to this then they will offer to evict and replace the tenant using this tactic and will secure another new-tenant contract fee. Through this lens it appears as though Martyn Gerrard and employees are incentivised to have tenants sign as many lease renewals as possible and are willing to blackmail their customers with eviction. They are willing to misuse section 21 eviction laws to achieve these ends - laws which have been acknowledged to be unfair and in need of replacement. This is a serious conflict of interest and a warning which should be flagged here in order to benefit the wider general public. After this experience I would strongly advise prospective tenants and landlords to reconsider their options and take their business elsewhere if possible.

We instructed MG Crouch End following a very poor experience with a Stroud Green agent. By contrast, Treon was communicative, available and understood our needs - and ultimately sold our flat with a very quick turnaround. Mirvana took about 2 and a half hours of her time to show me around different properties in the Islington/Camden area. She drove me around which made things easier and meant I saw a total of 4 or 5 properties in that time. Really professional and always happy to answer any questions I have.

I cannot recommend Traynor & Co. enough. From the first viewing to handing back the keys, the service from the team was exceptional. They made everything clear and easy when we embarked on our tenancy, have an excellent online system to resolve any problems with the flat. We used the system to register faults a few times and they were all chased up and resolved in excellent time and with very professional and friendly tradesmen. We sadly ended our tenancy as we moved into family-owned property but the check out and deposit return process was straightforward and completed promptly. In addition to the stellar service you also get to engage with a lovely set of folks who cannot do enough for you. I've rented and worked as a decorator in the North and down here in London and they are hands down the best property management company I've ever interacted with. Would recommend.

Victoria and Jeremy have managed my flat for many years and I totally trust them to deal with the management of it. They are reasonable, easy to communicate with and also understanding of the market.
