I’ve recently started renting my new home through Coopers and am very pleased with the service they provided from the get-go. When I went for the initial viewing, I was greeted by Simon who was very friendly and told us lots about the area and property itself. Once my offer was accepted, the contractual agreement and financial details were sent through very quickly and I had no problems at all. I would just say it was a little difficult to get in touch with the office as the phone number online doesn’t seem to dial through to the office and at times I’d wait a day or 2 for a response to my email. That being said, once the time came around to collect my keys - I was running late to arrive but Simon was very accommodating and reassured me that he would still be there when I arrived as he was doing the inventory check in the meantime. He checked through the flat very thoroughly, in lots of detail and explained step by step what he had written and observed to ensure that I agreed. He also then sent through a copy to me the next day. All in all, a very positive and stress-free experience and would definitely recommend letting through Coopers to anyone looking!

Simon and the team have let our flat several times over the years with good quality tenants. Friendly helpful service, at a very reasonable prices, and have always been ready to help when in a tight spot. Couldn't really ask for more. Recommended.

I rented with Coopers for 3 years and absolutely loved the flats they were able to offer. The value was great for the location. Cooper's lettings is very reliable and very easy to deal with. My siblings and I found their service very swift and hassle free. We had minimal issues whatsoever over time we spent living in our flat in Erebus Drive (which we enjoyed very much). Simon and Steve were very friendly and helpful always. I would definitely recommend Cooper's Lettings to anyone and will be happy to rent with them again!

SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Tried to call the agency multiple times, but no one answered, got a mobile number from the answering machine. Called the mobile number, but again no one answered... after a moment I got a text message: "Sorry, I can't talk right now", so I replied that I am interested in this and that property, blah blah blah and I asked him (probably) to call me as soon as he can... never received a call. I called one more time the next day, but of course there was no answer, so I sent another message saying that I was waiting for a call yesterday, I am still interested in the property, and can he call me asap. He replied with apologies and assurance that he will call me later to arrange the viewing for the next day... yes you guessed it, he never called. So I texted him again after 7h trying to arrange the viewing. He texted me back asking for the detail of who wants to move in, income, move in date, etc. I sent him all the details and asked him to call me next day in the morning in regards to the viewing. Next day at almost 1pm, instead of the phone call, I received a message explaining that he tried calling, but I never picked up (I did not have any missed call), and I can call him back when I am free, so I called back within 10 min... of course there was no answer... after few minutes I got a text saying that he cannot talk, because................ HE IS IN THE VIEWING!! So why did he say that I can call whenever I am free?!?! He also said he will call me in next 30 min... I am still waiting for his phone call after 3 days. I am very patient person, because everybody makes mistakes or is too busy to keep up with everything in one day, but this gentleman was obviously not taking me seriously for some reason and was very unprofessional. I usually do not even bother to give a negative comment, but tbh if I could, I could give no stars. Have a good day.

Great food, quite noisy so not the place for a quiet meal ! Staff very attentive ! Reasonable priced .

Looking for a flat can be a really stressfully experience, among all the estate agents i’ve been in touch recently Tracey was the most efficient and responsive to arrange the views and in all communication. Their fees are also quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend Tracey!
