Tracy at Goodfellows was fantastic to work with - when I called wanting to find a new flat to move to she was friendly yet professional, took relevant details and got viewings booked in straightaway for me. Her communication and organisation were brilliant, and she was very well informed about the places she took me to see, giving me information that would actually be useful to know about each place. I felt like I was in really safe hands, and I had a great experience all round (which has not been my experience with other estate agents). I would use Goodfellows again in a heartbeat!

My review relates to an Executor's sale. The property was valued and placed on the market in December 2020 : following a number of viewings from interested parties a potential buyer was found and the sale agreed. We completed in April 2021 which was quicker than I expected. Our sale was handled by Donna Cohen (Katherine Connolly in her absence) and I am very happy and grateful for her help.

We have recently started renting a property through Goodfellows with Tracy as our key contact. The service provided has been first rate from day one. Tracy has been quick to respond to all of our queries throughout and has helped to make our move as stress free as possible. Listed my property with Hawes & Co for twelve whole weeks - they literally got me zero viewings. They didn’t even bother calling to check in, nor offer any advice. Most estate agents would at least suggest we lower the asking price - not these guys, they just leave you running on their books, tied in till your contract expires. Extremely unprofessional - would never recommend them to anyone.

We were told to make an offer asap till the next day morning, because on the next day the agent was going to send all the offers to landlord and choose the tenants, and we did. However, it was a surprise that our agent had a day off that day, which means there was no sense in such a hurry. We made an offer to rent a property above the advised price because we had an additional request. Our offer was accepted along with our request. Later it turned out that our request could not be done, so we decided to proceed with the price listed in the first place. However, we were told that for us it is only possible to proceed with the increased price, despite the fact that we did not have any additional requests anymore. The property was advertised on the market again by the initial price, but then we were told again that for us this price is unacceptable, only the increased one.

I found a property through Hawes and co. Miran and Madeleine helped me with a very speedy move in, making sure they updated me throughout the process. Would highly recommend. 👌
