I would love to know how many of the previous reviews are posted by actual clients and not friends off business owners! Previously took a 3 month lease with Sid and Court . 2 month in to my lease I received bad news which resulted in me paying big money to get the next flight home. I understood I couldn't just leave my lease as I had still had a month left so I found a friend willing to finish the lease with a possibility of re-signing. I contacted them about my deposit for close to a month where I was told each week that they would update me within a couple of days. Every week I sent multiple messages as I have never been contacted until they refuse the return off the deposit. When I asked could I speak to someone regarding the issue they would not supply any name or number off any person in there office just left me with an email. If your thinking off renting a room with these I would stay well clear as London has some real estate agents who will do there job properly.

I'm always looking out to see if I can trust an estate agent. Fortunately before I even entered this place the person with the keys opening up show me that I couldn't. To arrive in the morning he drove his moped over the pedestrian pavement part of traffic lights, across the pavement going past other shops and could have hit someone. He made it really clear from his behaviour that he doesn't care.
