Amazing service and because of B and R I was able to find the perfect home for me. I Must say I was very lucky that I got the most amazing person to deal with. I have been a loyal customer of Open Homes for eleven years at the time of writing, since 2010. I have recommended Barry, Vic and Pratik to several of my friends who, as tenants, have rented from them, or, as landlords, have used them to let their properties in Burnt Oak, Colindale and Hendon. I have purchased and let properties via Open Homes, and as well as being happy as a purchaser (with transactions proceeding quickly and being kept up to date) and as a landlord (my properties are never vacant), have also received stellar feedback on them from my tenants (who find them friendly and easy to deal with) - as such, I would recommend Open Homes to anyone looking to sell or let in NW London.

Normally I don’t write reviews but I really must commend the service I received from this agency. As a first time renter, I didn’t really know what I was doing. I was fortunate to come across a lovely little studio flat in Swiss Cottage with bills included being rented by Mile Estates so I quickly made an appointment. Michael Conneely was the letting agent who I dealt with and he was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. He was always at the other end of the phone and answered all of my many queries before, during and after the viewing and made the entire process as smooth as possible! For a truly professional service, I highly recommend getting in touch with Michael.
