Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

A honest Estate Agent, straight forward with a very experienced team. Thank you Faye for finding our perfect first home and Christine for making sure our solicitors done their job and pushed our purchase through!

Christine and the team at Michael Wright were exemplary in getting our complex purchase over the line. I would recommend them without question.

Really simple and easy to book viewings and MW were very accommodating when we wanted to take our parents to look at our first potential home once our offer had been accepted. Special thanks to Christine who was assertive and confident in guiding and advising us as first time buyers! As much as you can research and read about the house buying process online/find out from friends, it was really helpful to have someone with a wealth of experience on your side prepared to help out with the (annoyingly slow) solicitors and make sure you're asking the right questions. Thank you, Faye and Christine!

After initial tough negotiations, where in fairness they were acting on behalf of their client the vendor, we found Michael Wright Estate Agents very open and proactive. They pushed the due diligence along more than any of the other agents in the chain and we were grateful for this. We had issues with our solicitor processing the funds on the day of completion and they went above and beyond in helping the chain complete and even brought out cups of tea to the car while we waited. We would not hesitate to recommend them, especially if you are a vendor. Ben and Lou.

I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Michael Wright Estate Agents for all their help during the sale of my two properties. The staff at Michael Wright worked hard to ensure that the sale of my house went smoothly. During the first week of sale I had 22 viewings. Christine valued my property correctly (something other estate agents tend to inflate to get their business) and arranged suitable potential buyers to view. We sold within the week. I would particularly like to thank Christine for the incredible effort and professionalism shown during an extremely stressful time with a very difficult buyer on my second property. It’s quite incredible that she came out to see me on a Sunday (her day off) and on another occasion missed a wedding reception to come and try to solve another problem. Now that’s what I call going above and beyond the call of duty! I have lived in Cockfosters for over 40 years, and Michael Wright Estate Agents' (and particularly Christine's) reputation locally is outstanding. Christine’s attitude to her clients is impeccable. She really does personify everything her company stands for – honesty, integrity and professionalism. I respect and trust her completely – and you can’t say that about many estate agents can you?

Refused to show me a property in the early evening (5.30pm) because "it gets dark early in the winter". Have never before dealt with an estate agent that can only show properties during the day...

This estate agency has no work ethics. They did false advertising of properties online during covid. They showed me a video of the flat I rented where the state of the bathroom wall was conveniently left out. I was not given the opportunity to have a viewing of the flat due to covid restrictions. I was only informed of an issue with the bathroom wall after I had already signed the tenancy agreement. They took two months to bring the contractors to repair the bathroom wall which had a massive leak. There was mould all over the wall and a terrible damp smell. This was partially hidden behind a wet wall. After the repairs started the bathroom was basically a construction site with no sink and no warm water. They still stated: "our property is not considered to be uninhabitable". They did not want to provide an alternative accommodation during the repair despite me paying £600 rent for 1 bedroom flat. The way how they treat tenants is a total disgrace. It has been a very distressing experience. If you are reading this please believe me when I say these people are not trustworthy.

I am a tenant in a property that is let and managed by Property Bureau. I have not been pleased with the service provided because: 1. My neighbour reported water leaking into their flat below. As this was a fairly small but constant amount of water Property bureau did not fix this for over a year. This caused damage to my neighbours flat. 2. They pressurised me to allow painters and decorators into the house so that the house could be prepared for sale. This was very stressful and resulted in me having to seek legal advice. (I was advised that I do not have to let the painters in.) My house buy had been delayed by a month and they used the fact that I wanted to stay on another month as leverage. It has all been very unpleasant and affected my sleep.

Lynsey in the office at Bearsden was an absolute delight and dealt with queries that on occasion were out with her remit, she never failed to deliver and was prompt in her replies.

My experience with this Property Agency is greatly satisfactory. I have been renting with them for 4 years and I have never had any problem whatsoever. They are quick, efficient and effective when it comes to sort out any issue regarding the property. At a personal level, I would like to remark their kindness and willingness to help, which I definitively appreciate even more! I highly recommend it.

We were renting with them for a year and a half and were extremely satisfied with their service from the very begining. The staff is very nice and fast with responses. Every query we had was answered and resolved instantly. Very professional and they really do put customers first. Would have been glad to stay with them for longer if we weren't looking for a bigger flat. Highly recommend renting with them.

The branch manager at Jason Oliver is the worst estate agent I've ever dealt with. She is not just unprofessional but rude. When our contract at Cheriton Close was about to end, she tried to convince us as that we had to give her 2 months notice to vacate the property even though our contract was a fixed term contract of 12 months, and we didn't have to give them any notice. In addition, we kindly reminded her a month before our contract ended so they could find new tenants. Additionally, she never came to the house to do any viewings, and she even arranged viewings without us confirming our availability. When we vacated the property, and we received the inventory checkout report, she tried to deduct from our deposit £250 due to the following discrepancies: 5 sky holes that needed filling (£60 pounds), one oven tray with a couple of stains that couldn't be removed (£40 pounds), and a light stain mark on top step and a few light stains on landing (£250). As they clearly were overcharging us, and after explaining over a few emails our position regarding the discrepancies (for example, we asked her if we could fix the fillings etc beforehand but she never replied to us), they finally agreed to set the deductions as we suggested, £150. Please be careful, we never asked for anything while living there, we looked after the house as if it was ours, bringing letters from our landlord to their office, or doing viewings by ourselves without anyone from the office, and all we received was lack of respect. I will never use their service again.
