This agency doesn't consider people as human beings. All they care about is money and business. Tenants can live in a trap hole and they will care less. Their work are very substandard. They house can fall apart yet it is not their concern. I stayed with them in two properties it was the same thing. If you have any opportunity please don't get a house under them.

I have a problem with them managing one of their tenants, they have let one property that became a nuisance to a whole street/square. I emailed the agent about 4 times and received only one dull reply. Their tenant is constantly leaving rubbish outside the bins, card boxes, nappies, foxed are coming to rave the bins because of the poor disposal. Also they are had parties during Covid lockdown. I have reported all the above to the Newham Council and the local Councillor which have been helpful to organise cleaning the street couple of times. I do not recommend the agency due to poor communication and not being involved at all.
