The agent I dealt with most was Aimee Mitchell. She was thorough and engaged with what I was looking for and extremely responsive. We built a good rapport, which I think is extremely important when making a significant decision in life. And her guidance was key to helping me think about certain properties. Unfortunately, I didn't find a property with D & G but I'll certainly be keeping Aimee on my books, should anything fall through. Thanks Aimee!

We dealt with Claudia Ferreira who was lovely, helpful and supportive throughout our search. She was proactive in finding us properties that actually matched the criteria we were looking for, quick to give us tailored advice and helped us have a positive experience. We're also really grateful to the management team who helped us push through some conditions of tenancy, something which had previously proven to be difficult with other offers with other agents.

Really professional service, always felt like they had the customer in mind throughout the entire process of seeking accommodation. I dealt with an agent named Rebecca Ross who was extremely helpful as well as friendly. She was very accommodating and I felt like she was looking after my best interests. Leah has been great throughout my property search. She was excellent at finding properties that she knew I would like / fit my preferences. She was very accommodating around both mine and my fathers schedule (coming down from the north). I highly recommend Leah, not only for her professional skills but her interpersonal skills and friendly aura. I chose Jacksons after contacting other agents in the locality with whom I had missed appointments and phone calls not returned. Philip gave a professional service. My phone calls were always answered , appointments were punctual. When there were cancellations (beyond Jackson's control),I was promptly informed. I had a lot of viewings and the price achived was fair. I will at some time in the future be selling another property in the area and will use Jacksons again

Just sold our house through Jacksons, Amazing! From the initial meeting and throughout the entire sale process Philip has provided a knowledgeable and professional service. The house went under offer very quickly and it has been a seamless experience through to exchange earlier this week. Philip has always been available to answer any questions we have raised. He has also gone above and beyond helping us look for a rental and sort out a removal company. We are thrilled with the way the sale was managed and would highly recommend Philip and Jacksons.
