AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give zero I would. They are apparently incapable of doing their own jobs. I can only recommend if you enjoy doing other people's job for them, chasing them up when they forget what their job is, and generally having them drain your soul with their incompetence.

I had my hesitations of dealing with Foxtons from a previous experience but Joanna has single handedly fully changed my opinion on the estate agent! From start to finish she was so influential in making sure our purchase of our dream home went through as quickly and as smoothly as possible! I have been desperately looking for a 1 bedroom house with a limited budget and a few demands. The staff at Foxtons, and particularly Sofia who helped to show us a few properties, were incredibly helpful, professional and caring. She really listened to what we were looking for and found houses that would tick the boxes. We got linked with different branches around the area and it was all a top experience. Her manager Shannagh was also incredibly helpful and reassuring. I would definitely reccomend and would use their services in the future if needed.

I bought 2 Flats from Bairstow Eves in 2014/15 and they have let them successfully ever since. The Lettings Team are always courteous, efficient, responsive and behave very professionally. With one flat I have had several sets of tenants but have only experience one long void between tenants and that was during Covid Lockdown, no fault of theirs. With the other flat I purchased it with the 3 tenants who stayed over 5 years and only left 2 weeks ago. Again, only one week's void. The team are proactive in finding new tenants and always guide me as to whom might be the best tenants to choose. A good service all round and Thank you.

We’ve a flat in Battersea which has been successfully let through Lavender Hill Bairestoweves for many years. After recent departure of long term tenants the property was in need of a “refurb & refresh” prior to welcoming new tenants. The team at Lavender Hill were delightful to deal with. Ryan arranged & coordinated numerous trades to quickly& efficiently bring the property back up to spec, allowing me to furnish & style the property and have it back on the market 3 weeks after vacation. Ryan & Ben secured really competitive rates with local tradesmen & the work was completed to high standard. Obi showed the flat once I had restyled it & found lovely new tenants within the first weekend. Petra & Camilla completed follow up & relevant administration & were efficient, responsive & friendly. Wandsworth has always been an area that tickles my fancy. I met with an agent to organise a viewing. I think his name is Daniel as far as I remember. Efficient. Helpful. Worth it! I am a landlord of a small 2 bed flat in Wimbledon - non-commercial, letting it out for personal reasons. Prior to using Winchester White to find my tenants and let the property, I'd been cautious of using agency due to the fees. Winchester White's reputation precedes them. I found the registration process easy, well supported and very clear communication throughout. I was given options and felt part of the process. Renting out a property during a pandemic isn't easy and to be clear, property management and lettings can be difficult to navigate. You cant always predict the future and you have to accept this. Even during a slightly rocky period with my tenants when they needed to leave due to a change in circumstances, Jake was superbly professional. He ensured that Winchester White handled all the compliance issues, taking a huge amount of anxiety away from me. Jake is also good at setting out perspective and very good at recognising problems and dealing with them. You cannot really ask for more in terms of agency. Jake takes responsibility, is courteous, friendly and very up front. I don't feel he is at all duplicitous, but rather that he is vested in maintaining a good reputation and professionalism. Will continue to engage Winchester White for as long as I need to let my property out. Thanks Jake and the WW team.

Since I first started inquiring about the property I’m now in, Emily has been tremendously helpful with everything I asked. We had some issues with receiving the certificates but she went above and beyond to make sure I received them in time so I could have my first night at the flat. Even so she gave up her Saturday evening to make sure of this. We recently sold our house with the help of Oscar. It was not an easy process due to the house having sat on the market previously, then we got our first offer and then another one with Chestertons. The buyer we went with turned out to be very difficult and eventually pulled out (not without a great fight from Oscar and even the senior central team who stepped in). In all honesty, Chestertons was not the cheapest offer of representation we got, however, a lot of extra time and effort was put in by Oscar throughout - then he pull off a second buyer quite quickly! He was always readily available, responsive, proactive, and invested in our personal situation which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend him.

Jake, at Battersea Rise, has been amazing throughout the whole process of selling my flat. I was previously with another agent, but switched to Chestertons after a few weeks. By contrast to the other agent the viewing numbers soared and it was obvious an incredibly proactive approach was being taken by Chestertons. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop, calling me to provide feedback after each viewing / keep me up to speed with what was happening with the market. Once an offer was agreed, again, they provided a hands on approach by regularly liaising with both sides in order to efficiently move the sale forward and ensure both parties were happy. We recently purchased our first home through Rochford Stokes which, during the pandemic (and whilst frantically try to meet the stamp duty deadline) was an interesting experience on top of an already stressful process! I can’t recommend Rochford Stokes highly enough. As beneficiaries of an estate, we had 4 properties that required selling quickly. One of which had been left high and dry by the previous well known estate agents and was outside Rochford Stokes’ area of operations. All properties were beset with issues - from being in poor condition to suffering from short leases. Thanks to Rochford Stokes refreshingly proactive approach, all problems were surmounted by the initiative and hard work shown by the estate agents and all properties found buyers at good prices and in record time. Having spent some time in property development, I can honestly say that I’ve never come across harder working, more experienced and pleasant estate agents to deal with.

As a one of their tenant for 11 years, this is by far worse service and rudest estate agency in U.K. Especially woman called Laura Cooper maybe the rudest and saddest person you may ever meet. . We had yearly viewing inspection to the property which was booked 10:00 a.m. By 9:45 a.m. she was in the property. - I said: hello good morning you are early - Laura cooper said: I can come in the property whenever I want. (in a very rude tone) - I said: if you are going to be rude please leave the property She then: said I have got all house in photo anyway (so without our permission she has taken photo of our entire house) I have tried to explain her that I am 11 years of tenant and paid over £170k in 11 years of my tenancy in the property. And I paid for the tile in the kitchen and the bathroom as well as the laminate in the hallway. Please be aware of the person Laura Cooper. As a 11 years of tenant whom always paid on the and looked after the property as it was my own, I was discussed by Laura cooper emails as well as her personal behaviour toward us

I had a fantastic experience with Bells. Issues were often resolved the very next day after they were raised (e.g. ordering a new mattress, calling out pest control), and the tenant changes and end of tenancy admin processes were seamless. Laura and Amir were very responsive and easy to deal even throughout lockdown, and Bells were reasonable about any wear and tear costs incurred during the tenancy.

This is the most unprofessional estate agency I've ever dealt with. I was interested in letting one of their properties and made an offer through the agent, and they say I need to pay 300 GBP for them to forward the offer to the landlord. I paid the money on Thursday with a move in date next Saturday. The agent sent me an email confirming the payment the next day, and I hadn't heard from him since. I called his office and emailed him, but to no avail. I was worried the second Thursday because I paid the admin fee, was set to move in two days later, but still haven't signed the contract or heard any news yet. So I called the office and stated my situation. They said they could neither get hold of my agent. A while later that day, I received an email from the agency saying that I need to pay six weeks' deposit and first month's rent, and then go to their office to sign the contract. I became suspicious since this is a relatively unknown agency, so I asked for the receipt for the admin fee I paid, and to see the contract before making further payments. No one would have imagined what their reply could be. They asked me to provide my bank details to give me a refund, and not to let the flat to me any more. I was actually quite relieved to get my money back, and not having to deal with them any more. The next day the missing agent finally called me back, saying that he was working for the agency part time, and offered me to let the flat. I refused.

Renting for 3 years with Cochrane & Wilson Ltd was pleasant and smooth. Only minor downside of this agent is the communication. Other than this, any issues occurred during our tenancy were sorted immediately and fully satisfactory.

Rented a 4 bedroom house from Cochrane & Wilson in the Battersea area for 2 years. We were four young professionals all moving to London for the first time. I have to say that we could not fault the management of the property from our manager Charlene, all issues were resolved / organised to be resolved within 24 hours of being reported. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again from Cochrane & Wilson if they had a property which suited my needs. Thanks Charlene & rest of team!
