We came across Langford Russell when we were searching a property to rent. We were very lucky to meet Bradley Gilchrist to show us around the property and handle our case. He gave us one of our best viewing and property introductions so far, answering all sorts of questions and giving us plenty of instructions. Even after his part was done and got our offer accepted, he was always very responsive and friendly, answering emails and phone calls within minutes! He found answers to all of our questions and was very helpful in bridging us with the landlord. All in all it was like speaking with a very good friend throughout the process. If we could rate 6 / 5 stars, we would, cause 5 stars are not enough for the level of service we got from him! Cannot recommend him enough!

BUYERS BEWARE Really poor customer service and a complete lack of integrity from these agents. Before even going to view the property we asked about the situation regarding the probate which they didn't know, which was surprising given the property had been listed for two weeks! Following the viewing and confirmation that probate had been granted we made an offer which was accepted subject to proof of deposit and mortgage in principle. Within less than 24 hours Hunters then told us that they'd accepted another higher counter off to ours from another client! They refused to accept that they had played us off against each other, but then had the cheek to ask if I wanted to make another offer! Disgraceful unethical behavior and I'd advise to steer well clear of these agents.

Hunters and in particular Myles, who worked closely with us, were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of our move. We would highly recommend Hunters for anyone. The welcome pack to our new home was a lovely touch too.

We initially found a place they had listed to buy and offerred but alas was not to be! However we liked the response we had from Myles and decided to sell through Hunters over a year ago. Having used PurpleBricks for a sale previously I was well aware this was not the cheapest option nor was it the most expensive either. However, service is all, especially when it comes to viewings for a sale. The service we received from all was excellent, stand out mention to Myles again, Rebecca keeping us upto date with viewings and Adrian fielding all comms during lockdown! Just as we were about to exchange the first lockdown came into force, fortunately we were able to keep things ticking and completed once it was allowed.
