It is our first time letting out our house but she has really explained the whole process to us with patience and made us feel comfortable. We feel like we are leaving our house in good hands :-)

They sublet me illegally a room, the same goes with the other tenants. I had suspected it when one day two British gas technicians and a locksmith forced the door with a court warrant, disconnecting the old meter and installed a new top-up gas meter outside the flat because there were 1,360 pounds of unpaid arrears. Then we discovered that there were thousands of pounds of debts with British Gas, Thames Water and the Council. I strongly advise you against dealing with these people, unless you want to be evicted or have thousand of pounds of debts to repay.

AVOID THEM! LIARS! Cleaner once per week, but in fact, ONCE PER MONTH WHEN YOU ARE LUCKY. They said there is Internet; NO INTERNET CONNECTION IN THEIR HOUSES. OLD DIRTY ROOMS, NO MAINTENANCE! EVERYTHING IS BROKEN AND OLD! They tell you they rent the other room as single rooms, but IT'S NOT TRUE! To make money they rent them as double so you finish to share a small bathroom and kitchen with 7/8 people, a nightmare! AVOID THEM!

Really happy with the room and the service. Easy people to deal with. They always respond to my queries and have always been on top of every problem we've had in the house. The agents, mainentance workers and cleaners are always polite and very helpful. From my personal experience, I would 100% recommend.
