Myself and my wife recently purchased a house, through Truepennys. Connor was fantastic, very patient and extremely knowledgeable throughout our purchase as we we're first time buyers and needed advise. Albert was very accommodating and showed us around several times! All in all a great service and will 100% use them again and would advise anyone locally too, there knowledge and experience is invaluable.

WORST customer service EVER. This man hung up the phone on me twice and the first thing he spoke about was prove you can afford the property or you cannot view. This is no exaggeration, he refused to give me his name and said it quickly (Duru) and literally spoke over me. A client who is looking to make him money. I can't believe he is the managing director of this company. SHOCKING! I never leave bad reviews but the way in which I was handled made me leave this because I suggest you find an agency which is professional enough to at least have a decent conversation with you rather that say, can you afford it and prove it as his opening statement. Disgusting that this is the example the director is giving. Horrible. I wish there was a complaints procedure. STAY AWAY guys it is so shocking I had to laugh with frustration. - Also, in regards to your response below, my calls are also recorded and anyone with interest is more than welcome to listen to the recording. Can you please share this recording with myself via e-mail since you are so adamant that I abused you which 100% is not the case. Also, just an FYI I have properties and can assure you that I will genuinely be buying one and definitely not from you. You are the only one with a loss here as you did not want to conversate with me regarding a few questions I had before going into speculating if I could buy it. All reading this, I work with clients everyday and this person is not genuine and lied about the conversation, I have nothing to lose here so please ask him for the recording and you will see for yourself who the abuser was HAH! Also, by threat he means that I asked him for his complaints procedure to which he hung up, hilarious. His response alone shows you a great deal. He could not care less that he has really pushed someone like me who never leaves bad reviews to do this. I am a professional and would not have wasted my time to call him if I was not interested in a property. Anyway, I'm sure sooner or later people will understand for themselves. Having interviewed 5 other agencies in Oct/Nov 2018, I was very glad to have Samanthajane (SJL)'s Chidi Duru manage my property. Chidi came highly recommended by another landlord pal of mine. he fully appraised the property and listened to my needs, he has been very forthright and professional. My experience with this estate was horrible, they introduce me to the house in 50 BARLOW DRIVE, SE 18, SHOOTER'S HILL. I was just divorce from my wife and I was in the rush to find a place where to stay. The room was absolutely full of dust and the hole in the shower was completely blocked from heir and other body waste. I clean all that mess with my own hands, the landlord was laughed about the problem and not showing any concerne. Is name is MING (I dont remember the surname) only later on I learn from is own words than he was dipendent from very strong medications (16 drops in a glass a day) in order to control is violent beavior. The life in the house was a nightmare, MING was sending tex messages to all the residents of the house in the midle of the night, with the escuse to explaing roules and regulations about the house life, the walls in the corridor and the stairs was full of signs about how to beave in the house. The house has cctv cameras to monitor the front door, the corridor, the garden side, the kitchen and the internal stairs, all connected to MING tablet in is bedroom, with the conseguential invasion of the privacy. In the morning is wife and children was brushing their teeth and washing their faces in the kitchen sink, care less about the igienic consequences of this practic. This family was leaving dirty nappies in to plastics bags hanged on the stairs railing for days and the smell of poo was make us vomiting. The kichen was full of a horrible smell of dirty old oriental food and a very annoing oriental music was going on days and nights 24/7 in the kitchen (I think was for religion reasons). A have been informed by an other house mate about MING shouting and treating a girl who lived there, (I did not witness this) in a house meating thacking place in the kitchen, this girl confirmed to bee afraid of MING and start to cry. I personali witness Ming shouting to one other young house mate. One other girl lived in the house, her name is Roberta, as been ripped of all the deposit (£500) with no any reason at all. I personaly been ripped off (£500) with so many invented excuses and the expenses of a broken window wich was damaged before I start my tenanty in that horrible place. I reported all this maters to the Olivet Estates manager but no any action as been tacken. In order to don't have the same bad experience as me, I strongly raccomand DO NOT RENT in 50 BARLOW DRIVE SE 18 SHOOTER'S HILL9

He really helped me through a stressful time. I love my new place and I'm looking forward to settling in. the area and property is absolutely amazing and I really do love it.
