Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. The images provided by CJ definitely helped to sell my property. I had previously put my home up for sale with a different estate agent with different photography. I did not have a single viewing. The gentleman who arrived at my property to take photographs for marketing this home was, unfortunately, 40 minutes early. I was not ready at that time. This has prevented a five star review. Everything else was good. After shielding for 4 1/2 months and being very wary of people, he followed my instructions to the letter and allowed me to turn the lights on and off, open the doors and move out of sight without ever getting too close. There is one improvement I would like to suggest: that you supply your own foot coverings for shoes as I had to provide these myself this time. The gentleman washed his hands and I was able to provide sanitiser. Perhaps you should also provide some form of drying mechanism i.e. kitchen roll for your photographers and maybe some hand gel/sanitiser too? This would just take the pressure off the owner. Thank you though. The gentleman was very polite & very pleasant.

Jonathan was a professional photographer and did a very good work with the Virtual Tour. We have had a pleasant time with him. He took a lot of patience with us and to make sure that we understood him clearly as we are deaf couple. He took lot of excellent photos which as impressed us greatly and our Estate Agents as well. Thank you for recommending him to take the work here and we would highly recommend him to do his photography and Virtual Tour on other properties. Thank you very much.
