I recently sold my property through Stones Residential and can easily recommend their services. They're very easy to deal with and they absolutely know this area. They have modern tech for managing a portfolio of ready & willing buyers, they use the latest photography equipment to generate virtual property tours, and they provide PropertyFile so you can track the progress of the sale easily online. This was all done during the pandemic and their professional attitude was maintained throughout.

I just bought a house through Stones. I dealt with Ben Crane and Richard Forshaw. Both were professional and responsive. We got the deal through in just under 2.5 months, which we were happy with. I would work with Stones again.

I've loved my stay at Gravity Finsbury. There's a real and fun community feeling which makes it feels like home very quickly. The rooms are well designed and clean and the garden is an amazing plus. The location is great also with parks at both ends of the street (Finsbury Park & Clissold Park); and of course nice cafes, pubs and the tube at walking distance. And finally the staff has been so nice and helpful!

Expertly run and a real sense of community compared to the competition in London. Regular events throughout the week and I have made many friends for life. Introvert or extrovert, Gravity is a winner!

Got a new job in London last here and decided to try the co-living experience. I'm still here after 1 year and I'm loving it. The rooms are well equipped and clean, the communal areas are very big (1 living room and 2 big gardens). Great place to meet young professionals and make good connections. Staff is great! Highly recommend it, given the flexibility of the contracts.

Brilliant estate agents! Frank and Josephine have been wonderful over the past 2yrs we've rented through Naylius McKenzie, and we'd definitely stay with them if we weren't leaving the area. Doesn't seem like you are talking to an agent. It honestly seemed like they were trying to give me the best deal possible, and make both landlord and tenant happy with the deal. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.
