We dealt with Andreea who has been remarkably helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process of signing the contract and adjusting the flat to our needs. One of her colleagues Danielle agreed to show us the property that we ended up renting out of her office hours. Very pleased with the service, probably the best one I received since moving to London!

Natasha and the lettings team have being managing the rental for my flat for many years but their commitment and service has been exemplary during the lockdown. The commitment shown by Natasha in resolving an issue at the end of last was nothing short of outstanding. Just one example of her professionalism and customer focused attitude was when she took my call on her day off whilst at the garage with her children having her car repaired. I have no hesitation in recommending Natasha and the team! She's an asset to any business.

Well every time I called, there wasn't anyone to try to help. All they had to say was that they don't have any property size what I'm looking for. That's it. Sitting in a customer service position im sure there's a lot more effort you can put to be useful for others.

I don't usually leave reviews, but on this occasion, I had to make an exception. I sold and bought a house through Hunters and from the beginning to the end they have been exceptional. My initial dealings were with Dev Chamdal, who was extremely helpful with his explanations throughout the whole process, always at the end of a telephone call or email to answer any questions/queries. Whenever we encountered any issues, Dev was there, even on his days off, to try and find an alternative solution. He came across very friendly and approachable, yet professional and gave us valuable advice, backed up with evidence, so we could make an informed decision based on factual evidence as opposed to anecdotal evidence. Ben Steven was always attentive during the viewings, both at our property and when visiting other properties. Towards the latter stages of the process, I dealt with Helen Sach, who was highly responsive in answering queries and following up with the different parties, and always kept me posted on updates. As a bare minimum, I would get weekly updates from Helen on the progress behind the scenes with solicitors etc. Helen was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating towards our needs, especially in the lead up to exchanging contracts and completion. The group of staff at this branch work hard to earn their fee and go a long way to ease some stress off the vendor. I would highly recommend Hunters above and beyond some of the other local estate agents who tend to entice sellers with an overly higher valuation than they can deliver on.

Worst agency ...They kept me almost a month waiting for a property with the lie that the landlord is not answering the phone call.And all by sudden when I asked my money back the property was let to someone else.It’s been a week and I haven’t received my money back from the deposit that I gave them.They keep telling me by the end of the day but still nothing.Mohamed very unprofessional, he doesn’t even worth 1 star.Very disappointed

Ricky Singh, helped us find a buyer for our house, and helped us all the way through buying our new home. He was so helpful and we could call on him, at any time. When people came to view the house, and he had many, as he advertised it so well, he did everything, saving us from going up 2 flights of stairs, and also pointing out the benefits of the house. This is a very organised company. The workers show interest and give all the possible support and help depending on your needs.
